She's a boss that makes sure that every employee is up to the projects and she has a very special way to do so, she prefers to be a leader figure for her employees and every good leader she likes to foster connection with her employees, specially young males, perhaps due their lack of experience she's up to give them some extra confidence.

And for that she arranges the well known 1 on 1 meetings, such a strange workforce this office has, where for the boss the best looking males are always the ones that require frequent 1-on-1 meetings, Rachel must be such eloquent leader, as after each "meeting" all her employees seem motivated and eager for more.
