that mature skin texture is shared for several models, and the mole is painted within it, in the engine the only thing changed is the skin color and contrast, believe it or not it took me a while to realize the mole was pretty visible among other small details xD, it should be rather easy to remove it with any image editor, I'll give it a shot to have a clean variation

Let me be contrary here. I think the genital aspects is daft size wise. I know a lot of people like this and the 3D world is full of exaggerated cocks but it is totally unrealistic and abnormal.
