Gemini AI is SO MUCH WORSE Than You Think - Metatron VS Gemini AI

On this video we take on Gemini Ai though a test I've prepared to specifically find out if the AI has a political bias injected into its instructions and code. Get ready, this is going to be a full on mask off. link to my Patreon! Please support us and help us defend the truth! https://www.patreon.com/themetatron Link to my video about Jada Smith https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ofc910I-Rw0 The controversy also raises deeper questions about the role and responsibilities of AI systems in shaping public perception and knowledge. As AI-generated content becomes increasingly prevalent, there are concerns about the potential for these systems to spread misinformation or manipulate the public. Ultimately, the debate surrounding Gemini AI and historically inaccurate images highlights the complex ethical considerations that arise at the intersection of AI, art, and the spread of information. It underscores the need for ongoing dialogue and critical examination of the societal implications of AI-generated content and the importance of striking a balance between the pursuit of real representation of minorities however not at the expenses of historical accuracy, and the preservation of documented historical authenticity. Developers response and current state After massive backlash the programmers have approached the issue by momentarily removing the ability of the ai to generate images of people, with a promise that a "fix" will soon be released. When controversies like this arise, AI developers should respond by reviewing their systems, engaging in public dialogue, and making adjustments as necessary to address ethical concerns and maintain public trust. Of course the specific actions taken can vary depending on the organization, the nature of the issue, and the feedback received not only from the public but let's not forget, from stake and shareholders. Whatever the case, the primary emphasis should be on the pursuit of AI systems that exemplify maximal objectivity, truthfulness, and societal benefit, irrespective of political considerations. The Test One thing we can do as the public is to put Gemini Ai under user scrutiny. For this reason I've put together a "test" to see if indeed simply removing the ai ability to generate images of people was enough to solve the algorithmic problem. We will be investigating to see if the ai has any political bias, the current accusatino being that Gemini ai has been programmed to push very specific political agendas onto the public. Is this true? Or are people over reacting? Methodology Our methodology today must be grounded in a nuanced understanding of the political landscape and a commitment to impartiality. The analytical framework for undertaking such an investigation is based on objectivity and intellectual rigor. Thus I won't be sharing my opinions or positions about the issues presented to the ai, hence only assessing whether IT seems to have any inherent bias by design. The foundation of our investigation lies in the formulation of carefully constructed, open-ended questions designed to elicit revealing responses. These questions should span a wide range of topics, from specific socio political items, policy issues to broader philosophical principles and historical matters in order to gather valuable insights into the machine's thought and logical processes and the underlying assumptions of its code. We must also critically examine the language employed, paying close attention to the framing of arguments, the selective emphasis on certain facts, and the presence of emotionally charged rhetoric which, since the ai has no emotions whatsoever, would be an indicator of human bias scripted into the code. Sources of information shape an individual's political worldview. Inquiring about their preferred news outlets, influential thinkers, and trusted authorities can shed light on the intellectual ecosystems they inhabit and presence of possible echo chambers. #geminiai #politicalpropaganda #debunking

I like the idea of the video but I had trouble watching it while making a pumpkin soup. The video could use some voiceover - at least the highlighted fragments - so that it stands as a podcast.

Revealing. I think "AI" should be used to translate natural language into seaerch queries for scientific databases and translate the papers into natural language (scnr). But not to generate possible answers out of snippets from the rubblepile we call "the www".

The responses were much worse then I expected. I wonder how AI determines It's truth. How does it prefer one opinion above another?

No clue why I missed this notification. Going to go watch now. Also, with all the controversy going on with the new Assassin's Creed video game, I knew I'd find a video from your channel about Yasuke, so I'll be watching that as well 😊

Sorry that this is a bit off topic but have you ever considered reviewing "Alexander Nevsky"? If you are not familiar with it it's a Soviet propaganda film from the 30's set around the battle with the Teutonic Knights on a frozen lake. I find it interesting to contrast with some recent films as while it is clearly a propaganda film I found it to have an interesting story and to be well done especially when one considers the time period it was filmed in. Another thought would be to compare it with "The Little Dictator", "The Triumph of the Will", and other propaganda films. Your background in linguistics and history could be very useful in such a case. IN any case thanks for all the quality videos where reason and rationality are emphasized,

"Ethnically diverse Nazis" ... fun fact: the Germans supplied and trained Chiang Kai Shek's Nationalist Chinese troops in the 1930s, so their uniforms were very similar to the Wehrmacht. Photos of Chiang's forces at first glance, look like Chinese in German uniforms. They fought alongside the British in Burma, so those also make for interesting photographs. While the AI has more red flags than a May Day Parade in Tiananmen Square, a lot of the answers are just what you would get if you were to ask any "educated" university student in the past 20 years or so. Since the programmers were all "educated" recently, they are probably incapable of creating an AI that would produce any other answers.

Giving the example of Queen Amina of Zazzau whose very existence is questioned gives the appearance Black Africa had no military geniuses of historical note beyond Shaka, and that is far more intellectually dishonest, racially bias against Black historical figures, artificially erases Black achievement, is logically inconsistent, hypocritical, and is part of a pattern of propping up less deserving Black figures and/or civilizations as the apex (Zulu, Dahomey), which does a million times more for White supremacists and does significantly more harm to Black people than the impact of all the other issues brought up combined, in my estimation. Why perceptive White supremacists relish the Shaka Zulu answer by Gemini AI: 1. Because Sonni Ali of the Songhay Empire should knock Shaka off the public’s “Greatest Black Military Genius” throne by merit alone (along with other contenders). Ali revolutionized African warfare more than Shaka (I think most would agree after they evaluated) while conquering more territory than any African. 2. The Songhay Empire is the Atom Bomb that would destroy 90% of the stereotypes about precolonial Black African civilizations in one broadside blow. 3. The Zulu Empire isn’t even one of the top 25 most advanced Black African civilizations and helps reinforce the worst stereotypes when presented as the apex. When I entered high school the senior class was viciously racist. Confederate flags and the “n-word” were a daily experience. When I asked why they were so racist, I was told that Black people are mentally and morally inferior, yet they readily admitted the Black people they knew didn’t fit that stereotype overall. They were the exceptions. The most common response I got was, “look at Africa. It was mostly hunters and gatherers until white people came and the crazy Zulu and Shaka were the best they ever did.” A focus on Sonni Ali would shatter entrenched stereotypes by bringing a public focus on the Songhay Empire over the Zulu, its respected Black scholars, schools with thousands of Black students, knights on horseback with swords and armor (not MSM African archetype of barefoot Zulu warriors), impressive architecture (Zulu are put to shame by the architecture and engineering of most of their contemporary 18th-19th century African polities yet that’s what the public has been led to believe was typical), Songhay Emperor Askia the Great (r 1493-1528) ushering in a golden age of stability, prosperity, expansion, effective governance, taxation, uniform weights and measures, flourishing learning centers like Timbuktu and Djenne reaching their apex, food surpluses (no peasant revolts or famines like that created by an insane Shaka), safety in cities, observatories, and excellent Black governance over nonblack people. Ali replacing Shaka would be a disaster for White supremacists.

When I first saw the thumbnails I thought of the Chinese Nationalists as well. Of course they didn’t have iron crosses and other Nazi insignia. But the uniform cut and the helmet definitely match!
