Just started watching, but had to pause because of your "Wii is horrible" comment. Rude. I loved and still love the Wii. Wii Sports? Especially Wii Sports Resort. Hellooooo, can't live without it. 😂 But I get it. Not everyone is a Wii fan. I'll let it slide. 😂 I am glad, though, that we have Switch Sports now, but still nothing like Wii Sports. Okay, back to watching!

This is perfect timing because I hurt my back yesterday and I have a lot of free time where I can’t really do anything for a while so I really needed something to fill that and what better way than One Tree Hill. And your thoughts on Lucas are so relatable. I think we’ve all been there with him. Like I love him, but also sometimes I hate him. He’s just so stupid and I want to shake some sense into him. It’s a good thing he’s hot and talented because the man’s common sense (especially when it comes to women) is almost nonexistent.

Okay, got it all done. Thank you for the four-episode upload! It was perfect, and your reaction was, as usual, top tier. Man, oh, man, so much happened in these four episodes that I could be here forever, writing a novel, with my comment, but I'm not going to do that. 😂 And oh, no. Stay out of the OTH spoiler discussion on Discord. We say A LOT and definitely don't want you to be spoiled. At all. Okay, I will say a few things. Oh, Lucas. He's just ... yeah, I don't know how to go there with him. But I remember that cliffhanger and trying to figure out who he called. Luckily for you, you can watch it right now if you want to. We had to wait months to find out. And with the other cliffhanger with Dan, there was so much waiting. But that's One Tree Hill for you. Also, it's so great to see Q helping out with Nathan. I love his turnaround. Can't wait for the next upload!!! Let's bring on Season 6—one of my favorite seasons.

Hi Micheal! Just wanted to throw in my two cents here. There are two ways to look at Lucas this season: The first, to see Lucas as being a consistently good guy from his childhood until he was like 17, despite being dealt a relatively bad hand at life, he always came out to be the bigger guy. He built a relationship with his bully so that his best friend was happy, and turned out Nathan was a good guy deep inside, but took guts to do that. He stood up for Haley in front of Nathan and for Nathan with Haley. He took crap for wanting to expose Dan and for loving his best friend in season 2 and early season 3 from Nathan. He messed up like twice before he turned 18, right on time and then went on to have another 4 good years. He is around 22-23 right here, and my god that is still so young. I think looking at Nathan and Haley with their marriage and their kid, we forget how young they still are. The problem with Lucas is literally his denial about Peyton, that has been his one character flaw since day 1. Every shenanigan that paints Lucas in a bad light since season 1 is his denial about his love for Peyton when they are not together. He just needed to believe that he didn't need Peyton, his pride was too much for him this season. If he just admitted that despite her saying no to his proposal and her not showing up to his book signing when he asked her to, HE IS STILL MADLY IN LOVE WITH HER, none of this would have happened. But alas in the words of ghost Keith "Pride gets in the way of a lot of good things in life" SECOND WAY TO LOOK AT LUCAS: Nothing character wise, more behind the scenes stuff. I am sure at this point you must have heard about the way the creator harassed and assaulted the women on this show. According to Hilarie Burton(Peyton), Chad Micheal Murray was the only male in the cast who stood up to the creator and called him out in public. There were several instances she describes where Chad sees the creator grope the girls and almost comes to fisticuffs with him over this. Thus, the creator did not like Lucas and wrote him terribly so that audiences fall out of sympathy with him. This was not too long after Chad and Sophia Bush divorced so Chad was already iffy in the public eye and this helped propel the narrative that Lucas Scott is an asshole. Personally, even after all that, I still just see an proud immature lover, a great friend, a supportive brother and son. They could not ruin his character in my eyes by saying he is a shitty boyfriend, cuz guess what? Lucas Scott is more to me than just his girl, he is a complex and rounded character. So suck it, Mark (creator)!

So proud of Nathan and Jamie in these episodes facing their fears. Lucas calling anyone to ask for a Vegas wedding just pisses me off. The man never learns his lesson. He barely knows his own feelings and wants to jump into getting married.
