A big difference between S4 and the earlier seasons, was that their budgets were more limited and often game-ified (earning allowance through games). This season was more relaxed, and probably their highest budget as well lol considering their career growth over the years.

So glad you had so much fun at the concerts! Currently watching this from my hotel room in Toronto. Going to both shows this weekend! And I agree about “Into the Sun”. The album version is good, but the live version is *chef’s kiss*.

This was so nice to rewatch w you! It’s my favourite bv season, though all are great. To explain a little, in earlier seasons there more random games and challenges set by the crew, so it felt a little less natural/organic. I think as the guys got older and everyone got more comfortable trusting that the members’ personalities are entertaining enough, the crew gets involved less and less - from bv1 to in the soop s2 there’s a steady scale of less challenges and more relaxing from everyone involved. But all are fun to watch, just different vibes :) I’d be here for whatever you choose! Maybe finishing are you sure first makes sense since you don’t want too much time to pass before you forget the episodes you’ve already seen? (Also smth personal: I grew up in nz from age 8 to 18, and have been seriously considering moving back there within the next couple of years. I haven’t fully decided yet, but rewatching this is solidifying my decision a little 😅 I miss the country so much.)

This was such a delight thank you! Arirang is the first tour in a long time I had to accept I wouldn’t be in attendance for, but hearing people like you and my sister speak about it brings me so much joy, I really could just listen on and on 😂 Also, in regard to jimin being the glue, I can see why you’d think that. It reminds me of the episode of epikase with rm and yoongi (if you haven’t seen it yet, I’d highly recommend, it’s very fun)

I think you should go back to season 1 for the next Bon voyage. I think the contrast would be fun and some jokes continue through seasons. I don’t have a strong preference on if you jump around different content (like going back to are you sure) though.

I think you should finish Are you Sure first and then go back to season 1 of Bon Voyage. But this was so fun. I was also in Arlington on Day 1. It was so much fun. The role playing is one of my favorite things ever...haha Also, that is a cute RJ pillow. I also have to have something to hold when i sleep. I will use a regular pillow or my Mang Pillow. It is just so comforting. Jin never leaves RJ behind.

Yay for awesome concert experiences! I just got back from Toronto myself - it was amazing, even though the weather wasn't as kind to us. Also, lol, mint chocolate is my favourite flavour - and yes, I have tried others - I think people associate mint too strongly with toothpaste and that's how it looses its appeal to others. But I like how light mint chocolate ice cream is - it's a refreshing ice cream BUT has the fun of chocolate chips in it! RM has indeed called Jimin the glue of the group before. He's said that the people at BigHit who advocated for Jimin joining BTS, were unknowingly saving BTS (because BangPD was originally against Jimin joining, due to how untrained he was at the time.) At the time they filmed this, there was some privacy-invasive "scandal" with JK, where CCTV footage of him hanging out with his then-tattoo-artist-friend was leaked - it was a woman, and she had JUST given him his first tattoos (on his hand), so of course everyone had opinions about him getting tattoos and also of course the dating rumours. It was pretty bad, but that's why he apologized in his interview and said he was wondering if he was even allowed to joke around. For next watches, you could finish Are You Sure!?! first I think, since you only got part way into that one.

if you enjoyed the Bon Voyage eps you should continue those in any order you wish. The first season was chaos and a bit of time travel. Thank you again for sharing your reactions and love for these guys with us.
