Katseye are so talented and it pains me that s9me of their bests songs are not as popular as their club bangers which I love and no I’m not 12, lol but I would say where their talent shines the most is in their life performances especially from their concerts, anyways I’m excited to see where they go from here and I loved the reaction💕

Going from SIS to WILD is hilarious. Beautiful Chaos does bridge them a bit and I'm sure someone else will be able to break it down better but they basically went really experimental with the release of Gnarly (Beautiful Chaos) and it went viral which is how we got songs like pinky up and hootie fruti. Unloveu is Lara's baby, she has mentioned bringing a lot of songs to the company and this one was the breakthrough, that's why it feels more authentic. As of now we don't know Manon's status in the group and Sophia is set to return in January. Looking forward to the Beautiful Chaos reaction!

Haha, I'm Pretty is my fave off SIS too. I will say, Beautiful Chaos (the 2nd EP) bridges the two EPs together. It's a bit of whiplash to go from SIS to songs like Pinky Up and Hootie Frutti without hearing songs like Gnarly and M.I.A. Also, I hope you watch some live performances because that is truly where they shine and makes you love the songs even more. They consider themselves a bit of an experimental group and don't really want to pin down one sound. It does sound like with Unloveu (Lara wrote and produced), they all want to play a bigger role in production/songwriting, which (in my opinion) will lead to them having more authentic music. Lastly, idk about any videos that talk about Manon and Sophia's hiatuses without getting into rumors and unnecessary drama. The truth is Sophia and Manon's hiatuses are very different. HYBE said Manon needed a break, and she came out and said she was fine. We haven't heard anything since February about her break. She took Katseye out of her bio as well. With Sophia, they announced a mental health break (she has been very vocal about her struggles with ADHD and how bad it has gotten this year), and she went on social media and confirmed what they said. She has also said she will be back in January. Manon was nowhere on WILD. Sophia was on every song, just not in the MV for Unloveu or the tour for WILD. She sings the second part of the Unloveu chorus.

Alright so I'll try to explain a few things for u. First of all Unloveu, written by Lara, is the first Katseye song written by a member of katseye. Up until now they have had very little liberty on that front. Regarding the hiatuses: Manon's hiatus was announced on February 20th this year and it's VERY unclear wether she'll be back, or when she'll be back and why she's on hiatus in the first place. The statement initially suggested it was because of health reasons, but then manon's own statements seemed to indicate that she was actually fine, so there's been a lot of speculation and controversies since then. Daniela's dad left some comments on facebook that some people think are offensive towards Manon; Manon's friends and boyfriend left some comments under katseye's birthday post for Manon; allegedly she was also supposed to be in pinky up, because rehearsal footage was leaked of them doing the ot6 version of the choreo, but she is not included in the last project at all; the girls were seemingly not allowed to talk about her for a while and they have spoken about her since, but it's always very vague statements and they can't really give the fans any definite answers. Now Sophia announced her hiatus on September 7th and her hiatus has been completely different thus far. It was made very clear from the beginning both by her and the company that it's because of her mental health and it makes sense beacause in few of their interviews and lives before the announcement she talked about her adhd, saying that it's been getting worse and worse in the last months and that she's had to ask for medical help to try to manage it because she can't sleep and hasn't been well rested in months. She will be missing all of the Wild World Tour, but she's recently announced that she's been cleared to resume group activities in January. Lastly I wanted to recommend a few things for your next katseye reactions...for the Beautiful Chaos EP, I think you should react to their iconic performance of gnarly studio choom as well as the mv and for gabriela the performance video (since you have already seen the mv). After that you should definitely react to their 2024 guide just to get to know the girls a little bit more beacuse with dream academy you've barely scratched the surface honestly. They have a lot of great interviews: the Untold Lors of Katseye by Nicky Reardon, they where on Therapuss by Jake Shane, The Hot Seat with Vanity Fair, Now Serving with Vogue, the Puppy Interview, Sneaker Shopping with Complex, Would You Rather with LadBible, the Tower of Truth, the Truth Serum with Allure, they were on Celebrity Substitute, the Nail Appointment with Allure and Who Said It with MTV are the most iconic. Some iconic performances were the MAMAs, the VMAs, the AMAs, Lollapalooza Chicago and Coachella. They also have a mini documentary about Coachella and their movie just came out on Disney+ and Hulu called Wild Hearts (you should definitely watch it, it's basically a documentary of the last two years). You should also definitely watch some of their compilations of funny moments on youtube and tiktok, because honestly that my favourite part about these girls, it's their personalities and their relationship with each other that really drives katseye forward. (They are also funny af)

Yea I was just about to say that I don’t know about recommending a video that talks about the Manon situation only because all we will likely hear will all be speculation since we literally know NOTHING. All we know is that there is clearly some kind of tension with Manon’s situation that is completely different than with Sophia’s situation. Sophia has given us a clear statement she will be back and we have heard Nothing from Manon and anytime the other girls are asked about Manon they give us an insane media trained vague answer and are never the ones to bring up Manon unless they are asked. While with Sophia they bring her up themselves and have mentioned missing her and Sophia herself is able to speak up about it and has all the plans on coming back. Yea so I agree with you…I have a feeling any video will just bring unnecessary non confirmed rumours.

Gosh going from SIS to Wild probably feels like a fever dream HAHHAHA. I do think the girls prefer Wild just because they felt too young and soft (lol get it) in SIS but I think they’re still trying to find their sound. I love UNLOVEU and it’s because as others have said that Lara helped write and produce it. I hope on their next project the girls have a bigger say in their sound because while they seem to like most of the WILD concepts, they are too talented for some of that shit lol. Sophia sang on all of Wild and will be back from hiatus in January. Manon….. who knows honestly. I think HYBE/Geffen did some bad stuff to her (and all the girls) and she was brave enough to not put up with it. I really doubt she’s coming back but I wish she would if the company treated all of them properly. Everything with Manon is unconfirmed rumors and everything that has been said feels like it went through about 30 lawyers.

i honestly dont recommend watching anything regarding manon's hiatus unless its just a small rundown, theres a LOT of misinformation and speculation surrounding it and theres many many toxic biased videos that try make it a fan wars or try to take down the other 5 girls in the name of manon, aswell as a lot of racism in general to all parties involved. its a really confusing and unclear situation and the real answer is that we legitimately dont know anything, theres breadcrumbs left by manon that indicates mistreatment and racism from HxG but then at the same time from her own words they were having "positive conversations" but nothing seems to have come from that since. a recent video of dani also suggests that the girls might not even know fully whats going on themselves, as she told a random fan "I miss her so much, i wish her the best" and when asked why shes not here she said "im not sure" with a sad face, theres hundreds of little things you could look at and make an opinion out of but the real answer is that no-one really knows and couldnt tell you upfront what is actually happening between manon and the company its best to just sorta leave it alone until something is either confirmed or semi-confirmed, shes still under a contract deal with matrix as a member of katseye and people are expecting to hear something when that deal ends in February of next year (hopefully theyre right)
