Comments

Ashleigh Wallis

Come back, be here always takes me back to when my husband and I did long distance for 6 years. NC to WA, it was rough. But sitting here now, painting our nursery, it worked out

rylres

I wasn't sure where to comment this but I'm so grateful for your channel. Whenever I'm down or just feel alone, watching your videos always lifts up my spirits. Your positivity and honestly is refreshing. Thank you for your videos<3

Jessica Martin

When you said “I needed to hear this version” when you heard “State of Grace” acoustic….Ive never felt more seen. This song did something to my brain when I first heard it. It was a version of Taylor’s voice I had never heard that way and it was everything .

kamryn

Ive never clicked a notification so fast

Jaian Salaysay

when are you doing Speak Now? I can't wait!!

Stephanie Orman

I quite literally dropped what I was doing when this notification popped up. There might be a stain.

Quinnie Plan

I just finished eating dinner and got notification! I've been patiently waiting for your next Taylor reaction. Thanks for making my evening better 🥰

RuthGA

Taylor's birthday is on december 13th, so when she sings Christmas lights she's referring to the fact that her christmas lights were already up. The song is about her boyfriend at the time not showing up to her 21st birthday party, when he said he would be there.

grace

she did all that and then red not winning a grammy.....

Stephanie Orman

Haha, it was well worth it. Thanks for improving my night!

viola

i’m so happy i always love your taylor’s reactions

Jared

State of Grace (Acoustic) is one of my absolute favorite Taylor songs. I love when artists try something different with acoustic versions, especially when it’s a more uptempo song like this. It just changes the whole feel of it. It’s one of my favorite things. I also appreciate when singers do acoustics that are just stripped versions of the original, but doing something like this makes it more special IMO. It’s like a whole new song.

Vanessa Vincent

JG does not deserve All Too Well and The Moment I Knew

Mal

Yesss loved this! There is something so raw about that Grammy's performance it gets me crying every single time. I've watched videos of her singing it millions of times but none of them are ever as pure emotion as that Grammy's All Too Well. You can tell she was still feeling all the emotions from when she wrote the song. Slightly sad to move on from the RED era but also super pumped for you to listen to Speak Now!!

Elisha Li

The breakup in the Moment I Knew is also who All Too Well was written about. Her boyfriend didn’t show up to her birthday party

Teddy

"Casually cruel in the name of being honest" gets me every time.....

Rachel Silva

Haven't even seen the video yet, liked already strictly because of the pun

Cee

facts!!!

Hunter Kuehn

So excited for your reaction...esp. the Grammy performance. You spoil us!!!

Tal

And the boyfriend is Jake Gyllenhaal

Tal

Yay! wasn't expecting this video!! State Of Grace Acoustic is my favorite!!

Tal

Fun fact: Since 'All Too Well' was never a single, Taylor performed this at the Grammys to the request of the fans, because we asked her to play this song so much. there wasn't intention to do it, but because of the fans she did it. because at that time (2012) I think it was still tough for her to perform this.

Patrizia

Yaaaay! I missed your TS reactions!! So happy right now can't wait to watch it! Thank you 😊♥️ i hope you will react to Speak Now soon ♥️♥️♥️

Steph

Not me crying over the Grammy’s performance again. 😢

Starr Jauregui

I woke up to this and I couldn’t be happier. I was only able to get through half of it while getting ready for work, but now I have something to look forward to when I get home!!

Liam Mcfarlane

This Grammys performance was truly a turning point in her career. Up until this point people who weren’t fans had only heard her radio songs and thought she was just this country-pop princess who made catchy songs and didn’t do much else, but when she pulled out an album track for the biggest stage in music and said “No, I’m going rip your hearts out right now...” the world realised she was so much more than what they’d originally thought. I think this performance was the catalyst for her achieving so much success with 1989, she gained so many more fans from this.

Amie Alford

I've been waiting weeks for this reaction, made my day!!! THANK YOU!

Andre

Plz react to Lp show act 4

Starr Jauregui

Okay, I'm back to watch the whole thing. Our darling queen was born December 13th, which is why there were Christmas lights. The Moment I Knew is one of my favorite songs from Red. Gut wrenching. I cannot believe you're making me watch this Grammy performance and expecting me not to have a crisis. I love her so much, I'm going to burst.

Rachel Silva

Update: watched now, zero regrets. You're one great human being Michael, thanks for sharing your thoughts with us! 😄

Megan Blum

PLEASE react to Taylor's out of the woods performance live at the grammy museum !!! It's one of her best live performances in my opinion, it's absolutely immaculate. She also did blank space, wildest dreams, and how you get the girl live at the grammy museum as well and they're all so good Edit: she also talks a bit about the inspiration behind each song

viola

agreed her grammy museum performances are among ber best

Emma Ferrer

You should do a reaction to all of her Grammy performances in one video!

Noppy109(Liz)

So glad May is going to be filled with Taylor! Best birthday present ever!

Tiffany

I’m sooo glad you did this. The Moment I Knew is one of my all time favorite TS songs!

Abbey H.

Watching you talk about Christmas knowing that it was actually her birthday that he didn't show up to was torture! I'm sitting here like "nooo its so much wooooooorse"

milen negash

pleaseeee do more taylor content!! I BEGG

milen negash

"everything i needed in life i just got" lmaoooo i feel uuuu!!!

milen negash

and also her whipping her hair around was actually signature taylor during her fearless/speak now eras. her hair flips/hairograpahy during those tours and live performances were iconic, just look at the fearless album cover loll

Clarissa

Please feed us with some Taylor content, the wait is always so long 😕❤️

Katie Polich

yay i loved this. you should definitely react to more live performances of hers

B

I was anticipating watching you react to that “happy birthday” line and you reacted completely surprised the way i’d hoped. her birthday is december 13th so you were right about that. the moment I knew is one of her most underrated songs and she’s genius for purposely waiting until the last chorus to reveal it was her birthday which makes it all the more heartbreaking and never revealing what exactly she knew so it’s up for interpretation. (she wrote this about jake gyllenhal not showing up to her 21st birthday)

B

also come back be here is about harry! you should check out the song I love you by Alex & Sierra. Harry wrote it after their breakup and it references come back be here and also I knew you were trouble and her symbolic number 13 😊

Crista Weitzman

I’ve been waiting for this reaction honestly one of the reasons I joined patron lol but yeah it’s ok all our hearts were torn from that All Too Well performance and I can’t wait to see you react to Taylor’s music videos their sooooo amazing

steven stewart

The moment I knew she's basically talking about someone who didn't show up for her birthday party which is in December a couple weeks before Christmas

steven stewart

For me I always felt that the song girl at home is somewhat of Taylor's apology for the better than revenge song has it makes references to her having been the girl who was cheated on and she doesn't want to do that to someone else

steven stewart

Anytime Taylor performs at any awards show she owns stage she owns the crowd

Lydia

Something I remember finding on YouTube ages ago was a performance of this on her Red Tour. She starts crying in the middle of the performance and her fans immediately start singing the lyrics louder. When she says this song stands for the fans now it is because of those moments.

Michael Beveraggi

Hi Maggie, they aren’t working on the mobile browser temporarily, but it should be working on the app!

Marsha

I'm wondering where the rest of the bonus tracks went. No Ronan, Better Man, Nothing New, etc. Did I miss something? Love your love for Taylor!
