I know this holiday is a bit (or a lot) of a capitalist creation, but as a sucker for Romance (this should be no surprise to everyone lol), I'd like to film a reaction to a Romance movie on that day. Something for maybe anyone who doesn't have plans <3

Drop me some suggestions of your favorite **Romantic** films!! ("chick flicks", Rom-Coms, both qualify) * I'll get a poll up in a few days!

****I've seen Titanic, The Notebook, Valentines Day, and some others of course, but def a bunch I haven't seen!

Julie B

Either version of Sabrina: the one from the 60's with Bogie and Audrey Hepburn or the one from the 90's with Julia Ormond and Harrison Ford. The 90's version has the most beautiful score. When Harry Met Sally! (Also good for New Year's Eve.) Have you ever seen The Apartment with Jack Lemmon and Shirley MacLaine? It's one of the best ever.

Storm

Yes I neeeeed this, at least the full versions of the songs would be great!

Zoe

"As Good As it Gets" and also "Love Actually". They're romantic without being too corny and cliché

Storm

I LOVE A Cinderella Story 🙏🏼

I’ve seen like one or two recommendations of Stardust and absolutely!! Stardust is, to date, one of my favorite movies. It’s on Disney+ and it’s just absolutely magical. But also Crazy Rich Asians, Enchanted, Letters to Juliet (features Love Story!), Dear John, Pride & Prejudice is an absolute classic. If I had to choose absolutely only one, Crazy Rich Asians!!

Ana

Moulin Rouge. I love it every time.

Mira's Journal

The Last Letter from Your Lover is quite good which I didn't expect because I know the book and that usually is high competition for a movie.

ann

crazy rich asians!

Ruth

The princess bride is and when Harry met sally are also good ones. Valentines Day has Taylor Swift in it as one of the minor characters.

Brooke

Idk if someone else has suggested it yet but there was a movie with Taylor Swift in it and her boyfriend at the time Taylor Lautner he’s mostly known for being in the twilight movies. He’s also the guy who she was with when Kanye west did that whole 2009 vma fiasco. Also if you didn’t notice he was there and was actually the announcer of the award and gave it to her. So not only was it her first VMA but her boyfriend gave it to her. So it would’ve been all the more special if Kanye hadn’t ruined it. And if you didn’t know Back to December is about him and I know that’s one of your favorite songs. Anyway the movie is called funnily enough Valentines Day. You could probably find it if you type in Valentine’s Day taylor swift. I mean it’s not an amazing movie but I would still watch it considering your interest in Taylor.
