Lucille

The background changes are cozy!

Lara Fryer

where can we watch tlou2 stream, will it be on patreon or another platform?

Indrė Duobaitė

You should also listen to the After School ep she released after K-12. It's not about the Crybaby character, but rather about herself. I feel like that ep sonically is a bridge between the past Crybaby era and this new evolved era we are in right now!

Bethany

i SCREEEEAMED seeing this wtf you really have been the light of my life lately michael lol love your reactions always

Indrė Duobaitė

The detail I really love in this movie is that every time Melanie changed her hairstyle, it meant they were all in the next year of school. Also, from what I remember, Melanie's plan was to burn down the school, but due to being short on budget, she had to change the ending. Hence, during the end credits, the song Fire Drill is playing! I wish we could have seen how she imagined the ending with that song in mind, but the movie is still amazing anyways!

luviemoo

now the only albums on my "albums i need you to hear at somepoint" list are demi lovato - holy fvck, marina - ancient dreams of a modern land and rina sawayama - sawayama

luviemoo

also all the albums from the crybaby album have mvs and form a sort of storyline too (which alot of references/world building in this movie come from) so if you ever wanted something more to watch then

Indrė Duobaitė

I assumed he has seen them all but if not then omg yes!!

Indrė Duobaitė

I just remembered you were wondering during the film where Melanie is from. She's of Dominican and Puerto Rican descent!

cass

Amazing video as always, Michael! So excited to see what Melanie does on Portals. New Lana album next week, too👀 The alternative girlies are keeping us fed!

Samantha

Vanessa

Unrelated but Michael please react to Sabrina Carpenters 4 new songs on the delux version of emails i cant send

Andreja Vladic

Can you please react to Melanie Martinez earlier Music Videos from Cry Baby? 😍

Mariana

Oh this was so genius, and I loove this aesthetic and the kind of ironic use of it.

I’m a bit behind because I had to watch this in little bits over a few days, but wow this was freaking amazing. I figured it’d be good and unique, but I didn’t expect just how much. Have you ever seen those sassy cross stitches before? Like they’re all flowery and look like the cross stitch hanging up on your grandma’s walls growing up but it says something like ‘please don’t summon demons in the bathroom’ or something with cussing. Anyways, that’s the energy this entire movie gave. I love the contrast of that type of things so much.

Michael Beveraggi

Michelle the Sassy cross stich comparison gave me a huge chuckle I know an older lady who used to come into my place of work all the time who made those!! That energy is all over this film!

chimelle6

Haha that sounds so sweet. My mom and grandma used to make them all the time. Well, without the sass part. 🤣

Lillianna Reyes

He reacted to Melanie’s first album already

Lillianna Reyes

I think you would love to hear her After School EP which is the bridge between k-12 and her new album❣️the last song on the EP also has a video so that would be cool to see your reaction :)

Andreja Vladic

Yes I know but I meant the music videos 😊
