The Blood Wolves are semi reclused, as they are feared for their aggression. Less visitors means less trade, and the village seems to struggle with poverty. Because of poverty, some Blood Wolves seek out illegal means of pay, usually dirty mercenary work, which leaves a bad impression on the village.

Despite this, the villagers who do actually stay within the village are actually generally calm and collected, though seemingly unfriendly most of the time. Otobi, son of the tribe's chief, longs for the village to change, but there isn't an answer... yet.

Otobi is hearty and warm, without a mate, but desperately desires one. But his work outside of the village to try to stop bandits of his own tribe (or just bandits in general) prevents him from spending much time in his own home.
