Janixha: The Free-Spirited (Patreon)

Janixha will show up in the story sometime soonish, and earlier in the year (i think), I had a really epic dream featuring her against some of the story's protagonists. (This implies that she's actually hecking powerful to need to take on 3 opponents at once, and that she's willing to do what it takes to reach her goal, no matter what.) The dream that I had helped defined what I wanted for her backstory. (I have quite a few story-related dreams, it's pretty fun to add them to the story.)

While I won't get in too detailed about her history (as it'll go over many heads here), a few key details are sure about her: She's eccentric, she's free-spirited, and she's runic. These won't really mean much right now to the candid reader, so I'll emphasize in the story when she shows up. I'll also write more detailed info on the website sometime soonish too.

A little untold details about her, though!

- While she's capable of easily learning to use various gemstone magic on the fly, she's still not keen on any particular magic (yet.) She's still searching for the perfect stone.

- The Blood-Stone is still on the market! Nobody knows where it is, or who has it, and it enables the user an elevated sense of detecting blood, similar to enabling thermal-vision. She is on the hunt for that! But she's not the only one.

- She is an estranged mother. Her past reveals that she was once married, but she abandoned her husband, his previous children, and her own daughter in pursuit of filling an undetermined hole in her heart.

Comic pages continue next week!
