Request - The Mother of the Year Award! (Deluxe Version) (Patreon)

Request by Siege973:  "Hmmmm the mother's day concept made me think of the panel of the Manoa foursome in her younger years. Would be nice to see an updated version with Bodacia on the bottom, Salome/Fukumi on anal patrol, and Deedo getting head from Manoa who has a decorated looking mother of the year hat on."

Could this be the fantasy of one of our cast members? But who??
