Request - Fighting Cake with Cake (Patreon)

Request by Zengola Aecomind - "Some weird form of space mutagen capsule falls to Earth on a giant birthday cake and it becomes a birthday cake tentacle monster that thrives off making women have orgasms. The only way to defeat it is to feed the cake. Too many orgasms. Just insert which character you would like to overfeed the giant birthday cake tentacle monster."

Queen B has bravely thrown herself into the fray with the alien mutant confection! But will her super endurance be a match for it's unearthly appetite???
