[HR REPORT] Project Overhaul & Reality Check (Patreon)
Content
Yo! Listen up, people. Lillith here, making sure the paperwork doesn’t catch fire while the Boss is at the drawing board. We need to have a little 'office meeting' about where we are and where we’re going. So, grab a coffee and pay attention.
First things first: The Boss has had a rough patch. A personal injury threw a wrench in the gears, and being currently 'between jobs' (unemployed, for the blunt ones) means things might move at a different pace. We aren’t here to beg—don’t get it twisted—but we value transparency. If updates take a bit longer, now you know why. We’re working hard, but we’re human. C'est la vie.
Now, let’s talk business. Here’s the status of the 'Polar Deliveries' roadmap:
Patreon & DA Tiers: We’re refactoring these. To be honest, we want these tiers to be a place for symbolic support rather than a rigid service. We’re focusing on specific fund-raising projects instead. Note: The DA tier changes are on hold until we can clear the subscription fees, so stay tuned.
Tomodachi Musume: The gameplay is solid, but the Boss needs to iron out the flow—Missions, Crafting, and Outfits. It’s coming.
Woodheart Cafe: Conceptually moving! In fact, expect a new artwork this week. The technical side is still in the oven, but a Beta is the goal for this or next quarter. (Yeah, we missed the Christmas special... blame the universe).
Jinx Encounter: We dropped the Alpha! Fun fact: the Boss was stubborn enough to build this from scratch in Angular instead of using RenPy. Efficient? Maybe not. Badass? Definitely.
TABI Comic: It’s on the back burner due to the job hunt, but the pages are waiting.
Monster Girl Encyclopedia: A coding project that will serve as the backbone for future games.
Beacon Nights: More lore and comic content is being drafted. We’re giving this story the depth it deserves.
Literary Projects: Novels are being written in Spanish (native tongue, you know?), but English translations are definitely in the plans.
More Videos: We’re aiming for one video a month—process, tutorials, the whole deal.
We’ve got a lot of other 'classified' projects in the brainstorm phase for the long term, so we aren’t going anywhere.
Lastly, a huge thanks to everyone. Whether you’re a Tier patron or just someone who drops a 'Like' or a comment, you’re the fuel in this engine. It keeps the Boss motivated to keep creating.
So, floor is yours: Which of these projects are you most hyped for? What would you like to see more of around here?
