I dont know why people agreed to pay £20 for Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen when they have essentially been abandoned for however many years. This is why ROMs should exist. And, as Rebecca says, companies will continue to do this because people buy it

One thing about Fallout 76 is that interacting with other players is entirely optional. In my ~300 hours on the game I’ve only encountered other players in the wild once or twice, it’s incredibly rare

About the buying skins in games, I play overwatch religiously and I do spend money on skins (£16/£60 each btw) because I know I will get time out of it but that’s pretty much the only game I actually spend money on

My favorite nerdy space base simulation game Stationeers has a few different dlc that is just "support the developers" and it just lets you make a bobblehead to put in your base. It's like 15 dollars per and I buy one every time I start a new game. It's honestly the best dlc I've ever got
