Jamie Dodds

Definitely more popular in the UK but four lions is one of those films I recommend to everyone

PBKitKat

between binging psychodyssey, that inspiring me to rewatch Dan's psychonauts 2 completes and the opening conversation of this podcast, its fair to say I am fully psyched-out

Harvey Jones

I have to say, my psychic abilities haven't appeared yet. Maybe the diagnosis was lying? That's surely the only reasonable explanation.

Skyrim the adventure game is so good! The tutorial is definitely shit but how I taught it to my friends is read and studied the rulebook and watched videos on it, then filled out the tutorial with more info on the mechanics and acted as DM for it. Theres also a few rules we weren't sure about, but fortunately there's a forum linked on the gamefound page where one of the devs answers questions, but mostly we just make house rules that feel fair.

Rebecca talking about keeping the toothpaste is to me by far the most relatable thing any person has ever said and the way Dan explained Rebecca’s logic behind it made me realise I was doing it for the exact same reasons as I’d never really thought about it before since it’s something I’ve done since I started brushing my teeth But then again my psychic powers are telling me Rebecca definitely isn’t autistic so I guess the phenomenally relatable anecdote was just a massive coincidence

That Stephen Fry dinosaur show was absolute fucking shit. On the other hand there are quite a few feathered dinosaurs in the Jurassic films, look up the Pyroraptor for an amazing example

I’m sure Daniel and Matt will help you, Rebecca, but please - for the love of all the pretty stones in the world - don’t do what I did the first time and go in knowing nothing because “if you’re autistic you’ll get the diagnosis” … if you’re a late diagnosed autistic - do the research, get the evidence, and make sure that you have evidence and proof!

A random throwback but did you ever figure out what magic product your cleaning ladies were using to clean your shower screen?

Triplestaff

A movie people don't love enough: inside man. Just the perfect heist movie. Also John Carter!

JadeXeno

Yeah thinking back, Rebecca does kinda have the traits of Autism. From what I can compare between my own experiences and what she does, it makes sense

I love the Blues Brothers for many reasons. But it holds a special place in my heart because I watched after a very emotional conversation with some friends. But another movie I love almost equally that is not well known is Leningrad Cowboys Go America. It’s a band from Leningrad that thinks they have no potential, but they’ll find a market in America. The movie is very funny and I really enjoy the dead pan humor.

James Randi is the famous skeptic, and I highly recommend Captain Disillusion's channel.

As someone taking a forced hiatus due to two broken arms and a broken neck, I get the frustration of being unable to do anything. Hope the workload continues to be kind to you!

Tyler Kelley

I recommended this YouTube channel called AnimalWondersMontana to Rebecca years ago but it seems even more relevant now. They're a couple that runs a animal rescue shelter out of there house. You should check it out

Feeling so called out by this episode (in a good way), because my partner and friends have been telling me I have autism for years now but I also don't want to say I am without having that professional diagnosis? Probably about time I get on that, gotta get those psychic powers unlocked!

Daniel Shenton

Late the the party but anyone who hasn't seen it definitely needs to watch almost famous. It's a fantastic film!

Karl Blythe

I'm only listening to this now, and as an autistic, I am picking up on the autistic traits that are being discussed and sitting here nodding along to what is being said, hopefully the diagnosis gives you the answer you need

Pascal Farful

I have autism, but my mum kept telling me that I didn't *even though I was diagnosed*. So I thought "no, I'm just this guy, you know" turns out I DO have psychic powers. Unbelievable!

as someone with aspergers, i was not aware of these psychic powers
