I have had many Therapist/psychologist, Councillors, mental health people through out my life. Some good and some bad. The worst one I ever had said I believe you have a personality disorder, we don't need to see u anymore nor give me numbers or anything to see someone about that. I find others things work for me are playing games, going to gym, walks, hanging out with friends, cinema and watching your asmr videos. Your an asmr Councillor 😊 you have helped me calm my self down and relax so many times in the last few years and have brought me out of some dark times. Can't tell you how many times thank you for all you have done and being a caring friend 😊, great video, loved it 😊
