In the HD files we usually wait until we have some messages to send because otherwise it becomes more time consuming and just to avoid constantly interrupting our work. It's true this last wave has been dealyed a little bit though. Anyway and this is not a confimed rule but, the faster the patron claims the hd files since we create the post, the faster he will receive it (basically because there're more people claiming for them on the first hours/days) :)
