Content

It was hard. We've spent many hours to get it ready, and finally, here it is!

SWF version: http://www.mediafire.com/download/ywwh48lu7rc7q2d/Space+Paws+0.42.1+SWF.rar

EXE version: mediafire:http://www.mediafire.com/download/7odt0t3k3za45t3/Space+Paws+0.42.1+EXE.rar

MEGA: https://mega.nz/#!FQVAURTD!887z95702bSh_4QCWfi34uIn6eziK9dBFgE_RAaOOB8

We have to say we have the most understanding patrons, thank you guys.

Some notes to take into account:

-It was tested many times and we didn't find any bug, but it's very likely that we've missed some of them. If you find any, just tell us.

-New H-scenes have more quality than the old ones. That means that in some computers (especially the old ones) the first seconds of an H-scene could be a bit laggy. In a Dual-Core we found some lag in the Badlands Date, but in and AMD X6 and AMD A10 all the scenes look smooth. Anyway, we'll keep working in the future to optimize the new H-scenes.

-The files are compressed in RAR file format. Use Winrar, 7z or some software like these, to extract the files. Inside there's a README. Read it if you don't want to miss the H-scenes.

That's all. Now we'll keep doing the market rework and fixing/improving things of this update before starting with the 0.45. Since September 28th to October 8th we'll be on a deserved trip (during summer there weren't two consecutive days without working on the game...). We'll try to give you a version with the Market's rework before our trip.

Thank you guys. Enjoy the update! :)

RECOMMENDED PROJECTOR TO PLAY THE SWF VERSION:

Windows:https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/updaters/23/flashplayer_23_sa.exe

Mac:https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/updaters/23/flashplayer_23_sa.dmg

Bugs fixed 23/9/2016

-When on the Oasis you select the "coward" option.

-When you leave the Storage room with the closet's door open.

-On Badlands, if you don't get the H-scene (not enough charm or being an asshole lol) the game got stuck(chimney on the ground dialogue)

-You couldn't date with Nebet even if you had energy 80 (now you can)

-After refusing visiting pharao for second time (show him the bracelet), conversation with Nebet had strange behaviours

i have a bug with exe version. when i start new game it begins with exploration scene with nebet, not usual beginning scene :) #edit and i can't load the game :P

Anonymous

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but when I load a new game, I'm already speaking to Nebet. Is this normal or should it start from the very beginning?

Anonymous

I have the same error like "Kingpin" and "Andy" ...

Darklordiablo

Seems to be a pretty common error; I've got the same start.

Taifun Riders

DONE! Links have been replaced. Thanks for reporting!

Anonymous
>>2602859

quick question, is the files in the .exe download supposed to be the same as the ones in the .swf version? :)

Anonymous

I found something else that I was having problems with :/ I couldn't load a save file I made and the scene wouldn't progress in the badlands. Not sure if it's an issue on my end

Taifun Riders
>>2603157

When you saw the bug, did you save and now you're trying it with the new version? That might have confused Flash. Try changing the main file's name (that would delete all the saved games) or start a new game and overwrite the saved game. Tell us if it worked.

Anonymous

I'm only seeing the .swf version, even though I downloaded the .exe version

BigR
>>2603245

I'm Having the same problem as Nate, only seeing the .swf version and I downloaded .exe file.

Esfar Direwolf

So i experienced a strange bug: After the first chapter of allison diary if you enter the storage again then leave you will get stuck in a finish page of a merchant short quiz.

Taifun Riders
>>2603670

Thanks for reporting it! We've found it and we'll replace the links in some minutes. Right now, the way to avoid the bug is closing the closet's doors before going out of the room (oops silly mistake)

White-Knuckles

I love it so far, and the new landing zone is beautiful as well. My only issue is how I want to be able to have fun with Amber the cute Shiba-Inu in the game. Nebet is smokin' hot btw, loved her new outfits.

Phillillillip

A small bug I encountered. If you're in the badlands and you don't have at least 50 charm, then partway through the following sequence the button to progress the dialogue stops working for the next few slides and to continue you have to minimize the window and under the Control drop down menu hit "Step Forward".

Whiskeydoodle

Any chance to import previous save games or do I have to start anew?

Anonymous

I'm unable to load the saved game

Oleem

This isn't the only thing that's hard. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)👉👌

Anonymous

It may just be me but I start out in the canyon...I'm playing on a mac book pro with a flash PROJECTOR

Taifun Riders
>>2606411

Redownload, start a new game and don't try to load a game from this version that you already have. Tell us if it worked :)

Taifun Riders

Redownload, start a new game and try to save and load. It should work. Tell us if you have any problem

Taifun Riders
>>2605946

Nope. In every update there're new info that the old saves wouldn't load properly. It would be very buggy. You have to start again in every update :(

Taifun Riders

Reuploaded a new version of the update with all the bugs founded fixed! Thanks for reporting!

rohan974

when i try to load a save nothing happen

Taifun Riders
>>2608198

You mean that your save games are deleted? Or that it freezes if you try to load one? When a flash game changes its name, the save games disappear. We slightly changed the name from "0_42_1" to "(0.42.1)" so the previous bugs don't corrupt the new version. If you want to try if your previous game works fine (not guaranteed), try changing the name "Space Paws (0.42.1)" to "Space Paws 0_42_1"

how do i run either of these on mac?

iliar

1) The game begins with a conversation with Nebet. This is normal? 2) No dialog to enter the name of the character. The game my name is displayed as Null. 3) Unable to load save.

Taifun Riders
>>2608656

Did you download the game yesterday? Some minutes ago we've reuploaded a new version with bugfixes

Zeth Baurasson Kieten

for some reason or other, my download won't give me an "extract" option.

Taifun Riders
>>2609935

Are you using Winzip? Winzip doesn't extract .rar files Try installing 7z, freeware and extracts all formats

Anonymous

I just downloaded the game and in both versions I can not load saves, the game opens with a Nebet Canyon scene, and my name is Null. When I click on a save to load it the music stops playing but nothing happens, it doesnt freeze as im free to click other buttons but the saves just dont do anything

Anonymous

I cannot download it. On either my Mac or PC. I have Windows 10 and OS X El Capitan (v. 10.11.6). I tried downloading the swf version for Mac as well as the player that you have listed here but nothing happened. I've tried three times on both. Nothing happened every time in Mac. I downloaded the file successfully on my Mac, but it would not open. One of the things on media fire said winzip for Mac would open it, but I don't have $30 to spend on that. On my Windows 10 i tried to download it but all I got were various programs that wound up ruining my PC. I've been able to uninstall all of those programs. What do you suggest?

Anonymous
>>2612348

I just tried the swf version for PC, by using the flash player you have here. I downloaded the flash player. And then downloaded the swf, and swf would not open. Just trying to update you.

Marcus Aurelius

Have now played through the whole thing, and it is excellent, great work by all.!

I faped to the underground cave with all the water and plants. The game itself doesnt interests me. #kappa

SubForceOne

can't find where the cave with the jewel for nebet is

Anonymous
>>2619665

It´s the same cave you find the bracelet for Roselyn on the dog´s planet. That means you have to decide which girl you give it cuz you cant have them both.^^

Taifun Riders
>>2615275

We'll focus from now in drawing more backgrounds. No more H-scenes, no more plot. Only backgrounds. We bet you'll enjoy the decision #kappa 2.0

Anonymous

Keep up the good work.

Anonymous

Can I request something? When one want to load a save file on main screen, it will be good to see relation status, charm, strength, knowlage and day number on that specific save file.

Anonymous

i don't know what you did with the new animations but i LOVE it. will the previous h-scenes with roselyn be updated to this same quality? seriously great work.

Anonymous

Guys u should make the game Android download able

Anonymous

Excellent further development

Taifun Riders
>>2624163

Hmm.. That would be a bit difficult. We should adjust everything for a small screen, which means that maybe the text wouldn't be readable "only" re-scaling everything, and we should adjust every small element to be seen on a phone screen. Furthermore, there are a lot of things that are thought for a mouse, like every button that shows something when you go over it before clicking. For example, the fight minigame on the Oasis would be very confusing if played on a touch screen. A mobile version would mean a huge delay on the development, that's why we thought from the beginning that the game would be for PC/Mac. I hope this info helped, thanks for your understading.

Taifun Riders
>>2623355

Hey! That's a good idea! We'll think about it, it's very likely that you'll see something like that on future updates ;)

Taifun Riders
>>2623620

Yess it's very likely that we'll redo the previous animations eventually, we want the game to have a homogeneous style.

Munkyboy

The timing for this release was great, as the 22nd was my b-day. The one bone I got to pick, is like if you go back to the oasis, with the two bad guys, the scene repeats. Don't think the bad guys would show up every time, so after the 1st time maybe you could code them out. Some repetition is fine, but some things should happen once per play through (i think) :D

Nicole Barovic

Did I sequence break? Nebet says to look for the jewel in a place with a cave, a chest and a crystalline rock, but I already completed the dungeon and I can't seem to get Max to take me back there.

Kyman201
>>2659913

Go back to Nebet when you have the bracelet. If you gave it to the Queen, then you've locked yourself out of the Cat planet path.

Anonymous

hey i just became a patreon with you guys but im having difficulties playing the game ive download the exe swf and the swf projector and i cant seem to figure oout how to get the game to work

Taifun Riders
>>2706018

First, you must extract the content of the file you've downloaded. Use 7z (freeware, recommended option) or Winrar to extract it :)

Taifun Riders
>>2647883

Happy Birthday Kevin!! Sorry for the delay :) Yeah, you're right. We're going to make some changes, and you'll find the bandits the first time you go there or until you win. Then, they won't appear again

Anonymous

I do have this version, but that badlands bug is not fixed

Taifun Riders
>>2784848

Which bug? Dialogue doesn't go forward? Does it happen when you don't have enough charm? We'll take a look again anyway

Anonymous

when ever i start the game up my saves do not show up

Anonymous

how can i get in the desert castle ?

Taifun Riders
>>2959951

Mmm...there isn't any castle, haha. Do you mean the city? There're a pair of cat soldiers. Just...make them fight each other.

Gray Lobo

Any estimate for the next release? I do love the progression so far from where the game was many months ago and can't wait to see the final product. ( that dead I would prefer you take you re time and keep this quality up. I m just eager to see where things are going with the story. )

Andrioc

I found a minor Issue with Nebet's ending. I made it down into one of the "chimneys" in the Badlands and at the point where I suggest we should spend the night the game ends... "To be continued" (and I certainly hope so!} but the link to the load screen does not work.

Anonymous

hey, new on here...Just paid the $1.. How can I "stream" the game rather than downloading it?

Anonymous

@Mrowmixy, from my understanding you can only play the free public build online (0.38.2v) on there blogspot, if you want to play the patreon edition you need to download the browser extension file (.swf) to play it in your browser or alternately the .exe to launch the game as you would any other normal application.

eduardom

when done downloading what do i open with it ??

Taifun Riders
>>3182775

You first have to extract everything with the winrar (windows) or unrarX (mac) - both are free. Then, to play the game follow the instructions you'll find in the ReadMe document. You'll need a flash standalone projector to play it, the links for windows and mac are in this post. Hope it helped! Tell us if you have any issue ;)

Anonymous

Mediafire blocked in Russia; Please give another link to 0.42.1

eduardom

i need like a video on how to download and play it

Anonymous

where is the 0.45?
