Just behind the visible one. Closer objects are seen bigger than distant ones, so if boths have same position this is how it would look. Anyway, there's a variation where nulkan is grabbing her arm (like in the sketch), and there it's true that the other arms should be shown, but in this one is perfectly fine with the perspective used

Be more believable if you could see part of the left arm overlapped by the right arm during the animation.
