Health update (Patreon)

After seeing my GP this morning, he says my throat issues are due to an infection (pharyngitis and laryngitis among enlarged tonsils). It may or may not have developed on top of being sick with a virus, but it's definitely bad news that it's lingered 20+ days past when I first got sick. He's giving me a targeted antibiotic that should clear things up in about a week. I'm so glad, because I really wished they'd have given me an antibiotic in the first place, but since I didn't have strep or a fever, they said it was viral and an antibiotic wouldn't do any good. True, but dang has it been hard just riding this out with all the homeopathic treatments and over the counter treatments every single day for this long. I'm ready to be well again, y'all, I have scripts in the cannon ready to be shot out my mouth lol. Thank you for all sticking with me, you're all so supportive and sweet and I appreciate each and every one of you.
