Definitely better overall...to me, just iffy about covering up the title on the first issue (of course, if this is an alternate cover, not as much trouble) - and the credits list is a little dark and hard to read based on the background.

The credits lettering is too dark. Either lighten the font, adjust edges for contrast or move.
