Just a quick questions.
Does everyone understand their tier rewards?

I understand for the most part. I'm unsure what it means by single issue and TPB. Surely those are covered the under physical copies part?

Yes those are covered under the physical rewards. Single issue is just the issue (chapter) by itself. The TPB = Trade Paper back. These are the complete collections (prologue => Current issue).

Not really. I know that I'm supposed to get some comic stuff in the mail on occasion. I get a credit in the book, discord access, all that. I just don't pay that much attention to it. I'm happy when a book shows up in the mail, and I'm happy to help you make your content.

i feel like there was a long gap between what I previously received and the tpb that came last week. I've been donating for over 6 months and have received 3 shipments...

TPB should've been delivered back in April Long short of it was: An entire shipment was skipped and I had to track it all down. If you were in discord you would've seen the complete shit show that was. I also posted a couple updates here regarding that. Things should be smoothed out and back on track now.

I know which tier I'm in (operator) but not really sure which rewards I get. I just know that occasionally a comic shows up in the mail, it's good, and I like it. :)

Until just now I wasn't quite sure whether Muffin Bears covered the Trade Paperback, but I guess you edited the tier rewards recently, because now I see TPBs included starting at the Operator level. I don't think they were explicitly included anywhere before? Which is why I'd hoped I'd receive a TPB as well. Is there another way for me to still receive it?

I Joined as an operator tier because it seemed to be the highest tier that gets everything and I wanted to get everything so as long as that happens I’m happy

That Discord stuff is a total pain in the ass to me and I think that is where you have all the info now. At this point, I just pay and cross my fingers and hope something arrives.

Can't figure out the discord, it's a shitshow with too many different channels. But, I think I've gotten everything in the Operator tier so far!

I use both. I joined the highest tier but I've been busy so I haven't taken advantage of all my rewards.

I joined a few months ago. Like February maybe? I'm in the "muffin bear" tier. I wasnt sure if I should be getting physical content. Or just digital?

Battle Buddy here. Been a patreon since OCT/NOV last year and have only received digital copies so far and kinda assumed that's all I was supposed to get. However about a week ago I got a shipping notice that something has arrived and now see I'm supposed to get "Normie covers" as well - haven't collected yet so not sure if it's a single issue or a whole bunch. So possibly missing a whole bunch of stuff but not entirely sure.

For Jan => March. Muffin Bears and Battle Buddy issue 3 fulfillment was taken care of in Jan. Unfortunately you missed the issue 3 fulfillment.
