Hey Everyone!

First  of all I want to say THANKS for all the continued support, feedback and  patience. Many of you have been with us from the beginning, and have  witnessed first hand the growing pains of building this project from the  ground up.  It’s been a wild ride, and it’s crazy how far we’ve come!!   And WELCOME to the new names/faces that are joining the RAGS Community  over on Discord.  Thanks for becoming part of our family and feel free  to say hi and join in.

Our Patreon 2.0 UPDATE is finally here…

TL;DR (Lots have happened, ALL TIERS ARE CHANGING 01 NOVEMBER, scroll down for details.

It’s  been too long since we’ve taken a deep dive to our Patreon  Tiers/Rewards.  Earlier this year the team and I sat down and reviewed  the progress, challenges and opportunities we’ve faced this year.   Unless you haven’t been paying attention you know a TON has happened  this last year.  Covid has affected our costs in a number of ways, and  our prices for production have increased. In addition to the pandemic  and all the changes that caused, we’ve had a ton of development for this  project and life-changing events took place for myself and other team  members… I recently quit my day-job and our schedule and budget is  impacted by Luigi’s life-changing event with starting a family this  year.  Throughout the whole process we’ve been incredibly humbled and  thankful for all the support we’ve received from you guys — discord  engagement continues to grow, and I’ve made the decision to commit to  this project and all that entails full-time!

With  that said, we want to make a more organized and straightforward Patreon Tier and Reward structure.  In light of all these changes taking place  (and some still developing), we’ve had to take a fresh look at how we’ve  set up Patreon, our roadmap for this project, and how we’ll continue to  deliver to this community.  The team and I rolled up our sleeves and  dug into the numbers… and if you know me you know how painful that is.   We knew we needed a more sustainable and feasible plan to support the  production and growth of this project, while allowing enough flexibility  to adjust during these crazy schedules and uncertain times.

We’ll  be rolling out a new set of Tiers beginning 01 NOVEMBER 2021.  These  will replace all the existing Tier rewards currently on Patreon.

We’re  announcing these NOW so you have plenty of time to determine if you want to remain where you wish to go, and to  address any questions you have between now and November 1st, and set expectations accordingly.

Not sure why my pledge shifted to POG, but it is back to CO now. 😁

roger

If we don't do anything will we stay the same tier?

New Age Ninja Corps

Unfortunately no. The old tiers are going away. If you stay in an old tier come NOV you will be still be in that tier, but no rewards will be given.

Will

For clarification, what does it mean by 2 books, 3 books, etc? Are they variant back issues, new issues, monthly, bi monthly, etc?

Philippe Robitaille

To be clear Rags team is unable to move anyone out of a tier into a new one. That means that we are responsible to pick a new tier if we do not then we are charged the same amount as we were before but because we aren’t officially in any active tier we won’t be eligible for any reward so everyone make sure you pick a new tier before the switch!!!

OptimusSpider
>>68286977

That is correct. The old tiers are being phased out and you won't be eligible for anything if you stay in them.

Rudy Bonacci

When will the full size trades of volume 1 be sent? Who do we check with on discord if we are on the next shipping list? Thanks for all you do!

charles

so our current tier are still active and valid until october 2021. but by the end of october, let say you are operator( old tier) you need to pledge for operator(new tier) by the end of said month in order to keep your subscription active and valid. got it right?

LT Fish

Bro, can you clarify what you mean by "2 books" ie. Muffin Bear $25 no limit digital comic sticker 2 books 15% discount code once a month discord access/dedicated channel digital sfw/nsfw pin up every month patreon store access discount to store exclusives -- Does that mean 2 books over the course of the year or a quarter or something else?

Paul Griffin

So to be clear...we are operator now....we want to be operator in Nov......we select Operator 2.0 between now and then and it switches over to the 2.0 and the "1.0" is discontinued. I think that's how I read it.

Philippe Robitaille
>>68289748

Yes exactly if you don’t switch before November 1 you will still be charged your current tier but not be eligible for rewards until you switch to a valid tier

Kevin Ng

So, what happens to the books that were going to be sent to the old operator tier? Or are you already caught up with sending everything out?

New Age Ninja Corps
>>68290492

Can do - So by 2 books, we mean per-shipment. So if you're a Muffin Bear every shipment you should recieve 2 books at the same time, instead of two books a month apart.

New Age Ninja Corps
>>68288791

Full sized trades are being printed currently. I pinged the printer as to what the hold up is and I'm expecting a response by tomorrow so I can post that. You can always hit up New Age Ginger Mod on discord to find out what the shipping status is. Or hit up the #shipping channel.

Does that mean, if we discontinue being a Patreon for 2.0, we'll still qualify for any rewards unfilfilled from 1.0?

Karl-Heinz Zuegn

Are in the new Tiers upcoming trades also be considered or must they be ordered separately?

Karl-Heinz Zuegn

... and when are the new Tiers available to switch?

Edmund Wun

Hi - was looking to switch to the limited tier, but I’m a little confused about when exactly to do so? Are we looking for the new tiers and switching to them on November 1st? And if so, is there a time? Currently the limited tier says “sold out?”

New Age Ninja Corps
>>68468991

All the trades are already ordered and paid for. There's a second batch being printed and I was assured that they were going out soon =/

New Age Ninja Corps
>>68525981

The new tiers are available now and you can switch anytime between now, and NOV 1st. The only tier that's limited is the $100 tier which looks like all slots were grabbed already T_T.

LT Fish
>>68290492

Cool. Sorry about the delayed response - I thought I got notifications for replies.

Hey, I was able to cancel my old tier subscription and resub to the new tier pretty easily. If you do it mid month Patreon should only charge you the difference between the two

John Ellersick

How do we change our amount that we pay now
