We hope you are enjoying this month's Space Western downloads, here's a neat painting video from Sonic Sledgehammer using a miniature from the pack.

It's a great Youtube channel with loads of useful content and good taste (miniatures from the Anvil Digital Forge make a regular appearance!) so well worth subscribing :)

All the best,

Anvil Industry Space Cowboys - How I Paint Things

Whether you're planning for Stargrave, Five Parsecs from Home, or you need some miniatures for an RPG set in a familiar blend of Old West and Sci-Fi, Anvil Industry's Space Western STL set coming in April has you covered! READ MORE: Coincidentally, if you've ever wondered how I'd paint miniatures for wild west gaming, here's a pretty good example! Just don't paint any of your guys with steel hands and you'll be fine. Personally, that's my First Mate for my Stargrave crew finished! :D The collection of parts in the Space Western set will allow you to create miniatures firing rifles, wielding bowie knives and the like, or fanning their six-guns and blazing away at their enemies. There's a host of neat additions which give the set a kind of Borderlands-esque feel to it - at least in my opinion - and the saloon parts and a couple of the characters would look at home in addition with the Cyberpunk collection now available to purchase directly from Anvil Industry's Digital Forge at their website. For the upcoming Space Western set, be sure to sign up for their Patreon here: https://www.patreon.com/anvildigitalforge/ Just $9 a month nets you an absurd amount of conversion parts and character pieces for home 3D printing a couple of months before these sets arrive in store. If you'd prefer to pick up some resin parts or purchase STL packs from previous months, visit their main site: https://anvilindustry.co.uk/?affiliate=sonicsledgehammer This affiliate link also nets me a small amount if you do make any purchases through Anvil's main web store, whether physical product or STL packs! Thanks to Producer level Patrons Alan Nuttall, Kyrie Crawford, Trainboy, Connor, and Fred, as well as all the other Patrons that made this video possible, and Exit23 Games for recording equipment that helps keep the channel ticking over! How I Paint Things will never be behind a pay wall, but anything dropped in the tip jar is greatly appreciated and really helps. https://ko-fi.com/docwholigan PAINTS USED: PRIMER: The Army Painter Desert Yellow Spray THE ARMY PAINTER: Tanned Flesh Ice Storm Werewolf Fur Necromancer Cloak Dirt Spatter (some stores will list this as Dirt Splatter, but take a look at the bottle!) Siôn

I love his channel. So cheery and perfectly achievable paint jobs for people who don't want to be competition painters.

Sonic Sledgehammer

I mean, I'm definitely a biased source, but I think he's pretty cool. ;D
