I haven't had physical contact with anyone for many years now, I can feel it's something I would want if I had someone I trusted. So it's sort of interesting to listen to and try to imagine the sensations 🤔. But very relaxing as always!

I have sensory processing disorder and hypersensitivity to touch (as well as the other four senses). So my relationship with physical touch will always be a complicated one. I enjoy giving and receiving hugs and other contact with people I deeply love and trust (close family, friends, etc), but unexpected touch is received poorly. So I get my "need" for human touch is simultaneously very skewed, very hard to understand (even for me sometimes), but thankfully not difficult for me to meet its needs.

Platonic touching is so underrated. I could use a forearm/hand massage every day. I just got my haircut yesterday, hot face towel and scalp massage was so relaxing. I have to pick a new physical therapist. I haven't had therapy in several months. It involves pain so I have to find someone I trust.
