Hi Guys!

This is a little video I'm quite happy with, it updates a lot of older tutorials with little hints and tips while laying out a clear guide for new crafters, helping them decide what to craft first. Or at least, that's the idea 😄

As I mentioned in the recent update, there are free STL jigs to download and 3d print to place magnets more easily too!

I'm going to launch this publicly tomorrow, answer comments and then take some time to organise things and go on holiday - hopefully coming back with recharged batteries so I can dive into the next project. I may even bring the bigger one forwards...we'll see 😀

I hope you guys have the best of weeks, and I'll catch you all soon.

Get Started with Modular D&D Terrain - 5 Things to Build First!

Modular D&D terrain is insanely useful, and is one of the first ways a lot of people get started in crafting. My own magnetic modular D&D tiles and terrain are the result of a lot of experimentation to get a playable result, while making sure I don't sacrifice that realistic look. I've had a lot of people both thanking me for inspiring them to get started with this style of Modular D&D terrain, and also asking questions about where to find the most up to date versions of each tutorial…because I like to keep making improvements 😄 I might have already built a lot, but plenty of people are just starting with their first dungeon tiles! I might as well keep improving things for their sake :) The goal of this video is to give a clear guide to what I think is best to make first (even cutting some larger projects down to a manageable size for a beginner), while making it clear what to do and where to go to get the best result. Hi Matt! Does the floor magnet jig have both sizes, or just for the 3" tiles?

RPArchive

Just 3", it works fine for 6" tiles if half inch thick, you just flip the side you're putting the jig on :)

Kurt Kier

Ah! I get it! Thanks!
