How to sync up your copy with my reaction

For copyright reasons, full-length reactions don't include the show footage so you'll need to have your own copy of the show to watch along with me. Ideally, you'll need two screens or two browser windows. One for the reaction, and the other for the show you're watching. Using your mobile is also viable to watch one of them.

As many different streaming services in different countries often play trailers or recaps before the show starts, the easiest way I've found to sync up footage is to find the first frame of the episode, generally right after the opening credits finish on your own copy (unless of course, the show has an opening that starts before the main credits), then pause it. Don't worry, I show you the frame to look for at the beginning of each full-length reaction! Next, play the reaction and you'll see a countdown timer at the end of the intro and when the show is about to start. Press "play" on your copy when the timer reaches 0:00.

A small (but muted) portion of the show will stay on the screen to allow you to properly sync up your copy if you need to adjust it. The easiest way to eliminate any small discrepancies between the two is to rapidly pause and unpause the video that's ahead until both are running simultaneously.

Can’t wait for season 3! David Tannent is really good at making me cry😂

Oz

So, according to Neil Gaiman, he and Terry Pratchett had planned a sequel to Good Omens, but then both of them got very busy with other projects as their work got more popular and they never actually finished writing it. Neil says that the part of that sequel was absorbed into season 1 with the expanded Heaven and Hell segments and that Season 3 will basically cover the rest of the story that was intended for the sequel. The second season is kind of a bridge between the two. At the current moment, Neil has been commissioned by Amazon to write the scripts for season 3. He actually wrote the first episode and the last 15 minutes of the final episode before the writers' strike and had to put it on hold during the strike. There are some signs that Amazon is looking to greenlight a third season, but it hasn't been confirmed yet. However, Neil has said that if anything happens and it doesn't get picked up, he will release the third season in another format, like a novel, so the story will at least be complete.

Oh that's good to know! I'm hoping to pick up the original book anyway, so that's definitely better than thinking it will just be left like that. I don't think my heart could take it! 😂
