The "1" works well against a darker Tsukiko and makes the cover seem less flat. So I'm goin with 3

I think 3 is best. It has good colors, very good eye highlights that contrast with the rest, and top to bottom title and bottom volume number makes it easier to set a style for next volume covers. #4 is good but it's not best. It's too bright colors imo
