Pretty sure she’s walking out mid change into Tommy after injecting with the serum. It’s the only answer that makes sense but puts poor Presley on the outs after all that time with Tammy

Hmmm, telegraphing that pass to the 'Chekhov's (Serum) Gun', but is it a 'Red Herring' or a 'Fate Accompli'? The previous ending with the couple breaking up received a poor reception, so will the creator return to the same popular ending to satiate those disgruntled fans or will he throw in a new wild card? I'm hoping for the wild card.

So we to assume when Jess woke up from the coma she must have got a hair cut at some point because why would her hair still be that short and look the same when she went into a coma and why now Tommy/Tammy’s hair is so long and it has grown while he/she got pregnant 🤔

I never realized the second volume of My Wife’s Twin was poorly received…….it’s like in my top 3 from TgTrinity/SpiralingShape lolz. Different strokes for different folks I guess. I have my theory on how this is going to end. I’m excited to see if I’m right! Thanks again for your work!
