personally preferer this one to the canon design. strikes just the right mix of regal and tattered, as befits a lich. also gets rid of those ridiculous shoulder pieces

Great fanart, look forward to any other work you have planned. I know this is a weird question, but if your story was animated, what anime opening would work best for it?

ZeroSenpai Writer

Uhm, i think Spiral from Mushoku Tensei would fit nicely the slice of life style with a general showcase of all characters. For a Renner focussed opening i would say Hiiro Gekka Kyousai no Zetsu from Touhou Project is the right level of psychotic madness.

I had to go look at pictures of Ainz to get what your saying.... man it really has been a while since I last read Overlord.

Mike

Love it. Mask kind of reminds me of the MC from Darker then Black.

Apollosynthesis

Apparently even the character himself agrees with you. In the lord of nazarick mobile game there was a crossover between Satoru from the vampire princess story and main timeline Ainz. Satoru finally got rid of the old robes and put on some new drip without the shoulder pads lol

KuroGFX

I like the almost venitian look of the mask I definitely prefer it over the mask of jealousy this mask feels more apt for Satoru’s disposition not to mention I kind of like his robe being more buttoned up

Shoulder pieces are a bit too pointy in my opinion but eh, what do I know. "Pointy is scary"
