This came in at number 14! I played Xenoblade Chronicles and was very excited to see what all of the hype was about, but every single time I tried to play it, I found that the game was scratching an itch that I seemed not to have so I had a very hard time getting through it. What is undeniable though is the music is some of the best gaming has to offer. I've been eager to give Xenoblade 2 a try, hearing that it's a bit different and addresses some of the things I couldn't find patience for in the first one, and I'm a huge fan of the Action RPG genre so it's inevitable I'll be picking it up. It's very tough to cover songs from games that I haven't played since I feel like I'm missing out on the emotional attachment to the source material, but I have a lot to work with for this song and I really tried to match the original feel while adding my own flair. I put a lot more emphasis on the guitar lines and even doubled piano lines on guitar to bring that element more to light here. I hope you enjoy what I did with this amazing song! Thanks so much for watching! Subscribe if you haven't already and I'll see you next week with the number 13! ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▼▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Follow me! 🐦 https://twitter.com/FamilyJules7x 📘 https://www.facebook.com/FamilyJules7x/ 🕹 https://twitch.tv/familyjules 💬 https://discord.gg/xMgpwd6 📷 https://www.instagram.com/familyjules7x If you'd like to support me, pledge to me on Patreon or buy my music! 🧡 https://www.patreon.com/familyjules7x... 🥁 http://familyjules7x.bandcamp.com/ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▼▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Proudly endorsed by: Ernie Ball Strings (https://www.ernieball.com/) Schecter Guitars (http://www.schecterguitars.com/) Get your next piece of music gear through my affiliate link for Sweetwater! https://bit.ly/Sweetwater_FamilyJules ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▼▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Composed by: Kenji Hiramatsu ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▼▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Instruments Used: Lead Guitar: Ernie Ball Majesty Arctic Dream Rhythm Guitar: Schecter Banshee Elite-7 Bass: Schecter Diamond-J 5 Interface: Axe-Fx III Mixer: Makie ProFX12 Microphone: Shure SM7B + Audio Technica AT2020 Audio Software: Cubase 10 Video Software: Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 Video Camera: Panasonic Lumix GH5s Check out my entire list of equipment here: https://kit.co/FamilyJules7x #xenobladechronicles2 #counterattack #familyjules #guitarcover #xenoblade
