Chapter 42

With the Gedo Mazo safely absorbed into my body I turned off my cloak and Rinne-Sharingan for now and had Ciel immediately get to work analyzing the juubi.

In my last trip to the moon, I had been able to devour the trace of Kaguya that was still sealed there so now I had all the pieces to bring her back.

“Master, Kaguya has been fully analyzed and ready to be revived whenever you wish.”

“Great work as always, Ciel.” Ignoring Kona’s confused stare at my back at me seemingly speaking to myself I concentrated for a moment and revived the woman using a combination of Satou’s and Rimuru’s abilities.

In front of me a light formed and from that light a figure slowly took shape until a pale beauty floated before me with hair almost twice as long as her body.

Opening her eyes, I was met with a pair of Byakugan eyes along with a red Rinne-Sharingan in the middle of her forehead that immediately centered in on me.

“Did you revive me? Who are you? And why can I not feel anything coming from you?” Kaguya looked at me warily especially since I seemed so calm in her presence as if unafraid of her.

“I did indeed revive you. My name is Akari Tempest and the reason you cannot feel anything from me is my doing. Wouldn’t want you to go blind after all~” I couldn’t help but tease her with my grin increasing in size as I saw a small scowl form on her pretty face.

“Someone without chakra or the Rinnegan revived me? Impossible.” She denied.

“Hmhmhmhm very well, if you want to feel my chakra so badly then I shall oblige.” In an instant I was back in my Juubi Jinchuuriki form with pale skin, white hair and ten Truth-Seeking Balls (Gudodama) floating behind me along with a black staff with one end being a ringed hoop and the other a crescent curve representing the sun and the moon.

Not done yet I activated Tenseigan chakra mode turning my white chakra cloak into a light cyan color almost matching the color of my hair.

Finally done I looked at her now with my Rinne-Sharingan and saw as she immediately tensed while a few tears leaked down her cheeks.

“Hagoromo, Hamura.” The names escaped from her lips softly before she suddenly hardened her eyes with her Byakugan activating. “I detest you Hagoromo, Hamura. You are mine! I will take it all back.”

Without another word the world around us was replaced with one of her personal dimensions or to be more specific the lave one with Konan also being dragged along.

I could have stopped it of course with my superior control over space due to my powers and nature as a Dragon of Infinity but wanting to test out her powers I had let it happen.

“Be sure to keep a safe distance away from us Konan, I’m to play with her for a bit.” I called out behind me to a floating Konan who was using the Shroud to fly.

“Sure, just don’t take too long. I don’t like this place very much.”

Chuckling at her response I disappeared and reappeared in a different location evading a pale hand coming from a rift in space.

“Not very patient, are we?” I taunted turning to a surprised looking Kaguya not being affected by the change in temperature at all due to a combination of my constitution and Company defenses.

“I see, so you can sense my Yomotsu Hirasaka. You have those eyes of yours to thank for that.” She seemed displeased as she said that as if it was some crime or something that I had these eyes.

In response to that I disappeared and reappeared behind her in an instant taking her by surprise and delivering a punch to her cheek sending her crashing down into the lava.

“You looked like you needed a tan, you’re way too pale.” I teased waiting patiently for her to reappear and didn’t have to wait long until I felt space shift behind me before we found ourselves in the ice world now.

With that we went at it, with Kaguya trying desperately to take my chakra but failing every time because I was too fast for her to even touch me. After a few minutes we found ourselves floating across from each other with a few more scrapes and scratches being visible on the pale woman.

“Those eyes of yours are truly a pain.”

“Still think it’s my eyes, huh? Those eyes of yours are deceiving you to the truth.” I shook my head sadly and returned back to normal even deactivating my eyes. There was no need for them anyway or my chakra abilities.

“Oho, have you finally decided to surrender and return what belongs to me?” Kaguya stopped and looked at me warily.

“Fool, I guess I’ll just have to show you.” This being a new dimension and all I had no reservations about releasing my full power so that was exactly what I did.

Slowly so I didn’t immediately kill Kaguya and Konan, I let my power loose disintegrating everything around me in a 50-meter radius which was about half of a football field before letting out a sigh.

‘Feels nice to let loose once in a while. Like taking some air after holding in your breath for a long time.’

“You alright there Konan?” I called back knowing she was but figuring out it was nice to ask regardless.

“Fine, but I would appreciate a little more warning next time.”

“Will do.” Turning to Kaguya now, I finally saw her make a different expression other than a blank or sad face.

Her entire being actually was shaking from head to toe as she looked at me with trembling eyes. “W-w-what a-are y-you? This p-power. It doesn’t belong t-to a h-human.”

“What am I huh? I’ve been asked that before but I guess you could say that I’m a Dragon. A Dragon with supreme control over the concepts of Infinity and Eternity.” I revealed letting my draconic wings burst from by back.

My answer seemed to terrify Kaguya even more and the dimension shifted again this time to her core dimension which was just filled with mountains as far as the eye could see.

Immediately after arriving there, the woman raised her hand and created her ultimate technique. An Expansive Truth-Seeking Ball with the power to reshape the world by obliterating it to nothing first.

‘I see, without the Infinite Tsukuyomi, she’s using her own chakra to create it.’ Looking at the technique more closely it looked much smaller than the one she tried to use in her battle with Naruto and Sasuke.

“Deciding to risk it all huh?” I muttered to myself quietly before raising my own hand. “Truly foolish. Azathoth!”

In an instant the Expansive Truth-Seeking Ball was isolated and absorbed by my Imaginary Space leaving no trace of it behind.

“M-monster.” Truly afraid now Kaguya attempted to escape into another dimension again but I was having none of it.

“I think I’ve had enough of dimension hopping for today.” With my greater control over Space, her Amenominaka proved useless and she only ended up wasting chakra.

“W-what?”

That was all she got to say before she was surrounded on all sides by my shroud not giving her the time to defend herself.

“I was right. I should have just revived Madara if I wanted a proper fight.” I muttered in disappointment as while Kaguya was strong, she was not really a proper ‘warrior’ shall we say and just threw around massive attacks or insta kills hoping it would get the job done.

Bringing the bound form of Kaguya close to me I revealed a part of her skin and bit down initiating the binding process before shoving her in my Imaginary Space.

“I’m not going to lie; I was expecting much more from the so-called Mother of Chakra.” The voice of Konan came from beside me as she teleported to my side. “While she had overwhelming chakra, once you stopped holding back, she just panicked and basically gave up.”

“You weren’t the only one disappointed.” Shaking my head of my disappointment I teleported us back to my personal dimension and turned to address Konan. “Anyways, go back home Konan. I have some business with the Bijuu before I head out and join the others.”

“There’s nothing holding you back in this world huh? Very well. Thank you for granting my request from before and letting me witness the defeat of Kaguya.” Konan thanked me with a small bow of her head only to blink and blush when she felt my hand come down on her head for a head pat.

“There’s nothing to thank Konan. Despite the circumstances that you came to join us, you’re one of us now and you should know that I would be willing to do anything for any of you.” I spoke sincerely only causing the woman to get more embarrassed as she looked down at the ground avoiding looking me in the eyes.

“R-right. Anyways I will leave you alone now. Good luck.” Without waiting for a response, Konan dismissed herself and teleported back home leaving me amused.

“At least she’s starting to show more emotions now.” With a chuckle I teleported myself to an open area and dismissed my shirt revealing my torse.

“Alright guys, just as promised. You are free.” At my words a massive amount of chakra was released from my stomach before taking the shape of the bijuu with me in the middle.

Thanks to the capture of Kaguya, my chakra reserves and output were now a match for her due to an Additional Objective of the Uchiha’s Resurgence mission so I didn’t really feel the loss of the bijuu since Kaguya had more chakra than them combined. That and I still had the ten-tails sealed inside me that contained all of their chakra.

When all of the bijuu were unsealed, I willed my shirt back on with my shroud and looked up at all the bijuu with a smile on my face being greeted by grins in return.

“You actually did it. You actually kept to your word.” Shukaku was the first to speak sounding surprised, him being one of the few ones that still doubted me along with Gyuki.

“I never had any doubt.” Those words actually took me by surprise turning around to look at a somewhat embarrassed looking Kurama who was looking off to the side.

“Me neither. I was his partner first after all.” Isobu slightly boasted with his tails wagging happily.

“Neither did I. Thank you Akari-kun.” Kokuo was next, her voice sounding as gentle as always.

“We are finally free. This feels like a dream if I’m being honest.” Chomei.

“I’m going to find a comfortable spot for myself and take a nap for a few years.” Matatabi.

“I guess I should find a jungle for myself as well.” Son Goku.

“This world is amazing~” Saiken.

“I hope the oceans are deep in this world.” Gyuki.

Smiling even wider as they spoke, I thanked my past self for coming up with this plan. “You have my word that from here onwards, no one will ever try to take your freedom from you again.”

Receiving either grins or thanks from the bijuu I continued. “Though I hope you don’t mind if I come along and talk to you once in a while? I wouldn’t want you guys to get lonely.”

“Hmph, do whatever you want.” Ever the tsundere, Kurama only scoffed and turned away from me as if uninterested making me grin which only caused him to scoff again.

“Hahaha, now Kurama don’t be like that. Especially after what we’ve all decided.” Matatabi let out a chuckle and was joined by the others making Kurama growl in return.

“You have the power to ‘name’ others, right? Granting them your protection and some of your power?” Son Goku took the lead looking down at me with a happy grin.

“That’s correct. In a way it’s like a bond between jinchuuriki and bijuu only I would be playing your role in this case since I’m stronger.” I explained somewhat vaguely already having a feeling as to who had told them that information.

After all there was a cute girl, I knew of that would take advantage of every opportunity if it meant making me stronger.

‘Isn’t that right Ciel-chan?’ I only heard embarrassed Ciel sounds in return to my amusement.

“Name us.” Kurama declared now looking at me seriously. “That scary girl of yours that somewhat looks like you already explained how the process would work. You share some of your power with us and in return you can use our abilities freely whenever you want.”

“We already discussed this between all of us and we are in agreement.” Kokuo reassured me probably seeing my hesitance.

“Is that true?” I looked everyone in the eye and let out a sigh of relief when nobody disagreed.

“Very well, I’ll do it.” I extended my hand out forward in a fist and looked up with a smile that only got bigger as one by one they all laid their hands on top of my fist.

Minutes later the process was done and most of the bijuu left, each one in search of their own home in this world after promising to come visit sometime or to call them if I needed their help.

The last to leave was Kurama and Isobu who I had been with the longest and we now stood silently not knowing what to say.

“Well, I should get going too. There is a lake I’ve had my eye on from the few times I’ve seen through your senses.” Isobu was the first to break the ice grabbing my attention to already see him looking down at me with an eye smile.

“Don’t be a stranger now Akari, you did promise to keep in touch after all.” With those final words the turtle turned around and made his way out.

“I won’t. Take care Isobu.” I promised with a smile as I waved at his retreating back knowing I would miss the gentle turtle even if I knew that he was not really going away forever.

“Well, Kurama.” I turned to the usually grumpy fox who was unusually quiet right now. “It’s just you and me now. Like Isobu said, don’t be a stranger. You’re not alone anymore, us monsters got to stick together, right?” I teased with a grin.

“Hmph, the only monster I see here is you.”

“Hahaha perhaps but nonetheless my words still stand. In the future I want us all to meet as friends and do something. With all the girls hanging back home I need my buddies to help me not go insane or when I just want to get away for a bit. I bet Veldora would love to have more buddies he could hang around with as well when he wants to get away from his scary sisters.” A day out with the bijuu huh? It was bound to be fun at least.

“I still don’t understand how you can juggle so many females but that’s your funeral.” Kurama said with a shake of his head. “Anyways, I’m outta here. See you around sometime.”

“I knew I could count on you buddy~ Take care~” Not hearing a rejection I immediately took that as a yes and waved at his back cheerily only getting an amused snort in return.

With that I was finally alone again.

“It will be a little lonely without them but I’m never truly alone anymore huh Ciel?”

A figure materialized at my side before I felt feminine arms wrap around my torso with a head of blue coming to rest on my chest. “Master and I are intrinsically tied together forever, there is nothing anyone could ever do to separate us and even if there was, I won’t let it.”

“My Ciel is so cute when she acts all possessive over me~” I teased with a small chuckle hugging Ciel closer.

“Stop teasing me Master~ I was being serious!” Ciel looked up at me with a small pout that I couldn’t help but lean down and steal a kiss from her getting a cute squeak in return.

“I know but I can’t help but tease you when I see you like this. It reminds me that you’re no longer just a skill and that just makes me so happy.” I cupped her left cheek with my right hand and rubbed it softly as I stared at her eyes with a soft look.

“…M-Master.” With a blush decorating her face Ciel closed her eyes and rubbed her cheek on my hand as I felt feeling of love come from the girl.

“I understand what you mean though. Now that I have you, I don’t plan on ever letting go of you so I hope you never get tired of looking at this face Ciel.” Just the thought of losing any of my girls threatened to snap my self-control and unleash hell on the world or person who committed such a sin.

“I will never get tired of looking at Master’s perfect face so there’s no need to worry about that~” Ciel’s cheerful voice snapped me of my dark thoughts and with a smile I stole another kiss from the girl before finally pulling away from our embrace.

“Thanks, Ciel. I’ll hold you to that. Now what do you say we go and help the others? It’s time to finish up things in this Universe.”

“Ready whenever you are Master. I have already managed to locate all targets thanks to the information I received from those three.” Ciel now back inside answered in a positive with a plan no doubt already in mind.

“That’s my Ciel~” With a grin on my face I concentrated and teleported us to our closest target. “Time to join the hunt~”
