Chapter 28: Jewel

Hours Later

Feeling the sun hit my face — the traitor — I felt my eyes twitch before slowly opening them with a silent groan and being met with an unfamiliar ceiling.

Blinking, my memories of the previous evening and some of the morning suddenly hit me, making me freeze for a moment as I felt that I was completely naked underneath the covers.

More importantly though, I felt a pair of hands hugging my waist, and looking down a bit to the left I was first met with orange hair before the resting face of Nami greeted me, who was peacefully resting on my chest.

‘…So that wasn’t a dream after all.’ I thought silently to myself, admittedly feeling relieved that such a thing had not only been a figment of my imagination.

Looking down at Nami more carefully, who was smiling in her sleep, I couldn’t help the smile that grew on my own face at the fact that I had actually had sex with such a beautiful woman.

The urge to cup her cheek and wake her up with a kiss hit me, but as I was about to move my free arm, I ran into a problem.

I couldn’t move my right arm at all, and it just hit me that there was someone resting on it currently, causing me to freeze again.

Deciding to help Nami out a bit, I cleared my throat and finally spoke up. “In my defense, I figured I might not experience such a situation again, so I just decided to make the best of it.” I said with a small shrug, causing them to move a bit.

“See, Nami? Luffy gets it.” Nojiko said with a smile and rewarded me with another small kiss.

A small comfortable silence settled after that for a few minutes before my mind couldn’t help but wander to ‘what now?’.

As if sensing my inner thoughts, Nojiko suddenly sat up and stretched for a moment, causing my eyes to zero in on her huge breasts and still-hard nipples, before pulling my face up to her face to see her giving me a knowing look.

Apparently we had the same thought as we turned to each other with a question on our lips before pausing and smiling as the awkwardness gave way to small chuckles.

“Go ahead.” I gestured with a nod.

With a nod, Nami took a deep breath as if settling her nerves before she began. “While I originally only intended for this to be a one-time thing… now I’m not so sure anymore.” Nami admitted as a blush grew on her cheeks and she looked away from my gaze.

Remaining silent while letting her finish, Nami took another small breath before slowly turning her gaze back to me. “S-So, if it’s alright with you and you feel the same, I’d like to continue whatever it is we have.” She finished while looking back at me hopefully and nervously.

My answer came immediately and without hesitation as I leaned down and took Nami’s lips in mine for a long kiss, causing her to gasp before moaning and leaning into it while wrapping her hands around my neck.

Now looking as if a weight had been released from her shoulders, Nami relaxed back into my arms with a content sigh. “Great. Anything more you want to add?”

“Hmm, nope.” I said with a shake of my head before blinking and figuring this was the best time to tell Nami about the Golden Goose and that I could now grant her her own Inventory.

“Actually, I got a cool ability yesterday that I wanted to tell you about and know you will love.” I said with a grin, already expecting the reaction I would get.

Raising a curious brow, Nami nodded. “Well, what is it?”

“You see…”

She had been confused at first and then told me that she would hurt me if I was lying to her, but once the fact settled that I was telling the truth, things took a turn fast.

Minutes later the sounds of flesh hitting flesh and moans could be heard coming out of Nami’s room again.

“Set sail!” Nami yelled once she was a certain distance, not stopping at all.

“You heard her!” I yelled to everyone with a grin while Johnny and Yosaku, who had decided to continue traveling with us to my surprise, quickly lowered the sails while Sanji ran inside and handled the helm.

With a jump, Nami made it just in time onto the ship before turning back and facing the villagers again with a playful grin.

“Thanks for the contribution!” Nami yelled with a giggle as she lifted her shirt a bit and dozens of wallets dropped to the floor, causing fake outrage.

I, on the other hand, could only look at her with a blank look, which she caught, and she at least had the decency to blush and look away to the side.

You would think that after being gifted a literal goose that laid golden eggs every day, her habit as a thief would lessen, but I guess that was wishful thinking on my part.

‘Cat Burglar indeed.’ I thought with a deadpan before my thoughts turned to Nezumi and if he had reported us to the World Government or not and given me my first bounty.

“I wonder what my first bounty will be?”
