Talkin' About Process with Animator James Trofe (Patreon)

Regardless of who gets the Oscar this year, I think we all know that the Best Picture to come out of 2022 was James Trofe's mammoth indie undertaking: animating nearly 20 minutes of Episode 2 of Rude Tales of Magic, "Down for the Count."

Carly sat down with James (both in their own homes — they used computers, you see) to talk about process, inspiration, and beating up vampires!

James was also generous enough to share plenty of behind-the-scenes footage, so check it out! Read the full interview here!
