Insolence WIPs (Patreon)

After working 6 days last week I really needed something less rigorous, because wow I was exhausted after all of that. I did this without much of a plan and wanted to go by feel for the image and it ended up going very ink-heavy, which I had to sort of relearn how to do a specific way. I wasn't very confident in it up until right around the end when it finally seemed like something that might be worth looking at. Some pieces just kinda do that to you.

I try to focus on something for each image I want to do to improve or challenge myself, and in this case it's a front-facing cyavian. They have a lot going on with face details that I find difficult, so might as well work on it.
