Oops! Fixing a pacing issue in the story. (Patreon)

So I'm dumb and I already covered the contents of Chapter 26.

This is because Chapter 26 was supposed to be split off from Chapter 23 to help with the story's pacing. I'm going to keep 26 as-is but I am also going to do two things.

1. Delete the extra (and possibly out of date) content from Chapter 23.
2. Updated Chapter 26, which has way more content than 23 did about Rorik and Tempest so I suggest you still read it.
3. Post an extra chapter, so we'll be up to 27 now.
