Patreon Theme Poll! (Patreon)

Hey all!

It's been a while since we did a theme poll, so we thought we'd start October off with one! The team are working ahead, so the winner of this poll will be release to Patrons in January.

This poll will run for 7 days, until the end of 8th October. The winner will be announced later this month!

Poll Option #1 | Middle Earth

Middle Earth is full of fantastic and recognisable fantasy locations, and this theme would look to bring some of them to you. We already have a bare-bones Helm's Deep in our strongholds theme, but we'd be bringing you additional locations such as Elven Council, Shire House, Fiery Chasm and Dwarven Bridge.

Poll Option #2 | Faewilds 2

We haven't touched Faewilds in a very long time, and it's due for a return. For this theme we'd look to bring you a combination of weird otherworldly forests, impossible terrain, and high fantasy locales. Locations could include Winter Court, Green Knight's Folly, Bramble Forest and Rainbow Rivers.

Poll Option #3 | Kanto Region

One that Alex and I have talked about for a while is a series of maps inspired by the Pokémon games. Similar to our recent MAD TV theme, these maps would all stand on their individual merit as fantasy maps, but those familiar with the games would recognise and appreciate elements. Locations for this theme could include Viridian Forest, Seafoam Islands, Burned Mansion, and Power Plant!

Poll Option #4 | Deserts 2

Deserts has also not been touched as a dedicated theme since the first year of TMC, so is very overdue! This theme would look to bring a wider selection of maps for your desert games, with locations such as Mirage Oasis, Great Pyramid, Desert Camp and Landshark Breeding Grounds.
