We're here with November's wrap-up, sharing what we've been up to and what's coming next! Our theme for December is one we're extremely excited to share with you and all will be revealed in a few days alongside Gommage Release #3!

Reforged Maps | November's Chromatic Dragons Map Set

If you haven't signed up to The MAD Network newsletter to receive additional exclusive Reforged maps then here's the three maps you're going to miss out on this month! Taking maps from our back catalogue and mashing them together into three new unique maps, and a mini Foundry VTT module for them as well!

We release three new maps each month to Newsletter subscribers before we put them up on various available webstores. November's Chromatic Dragons take some of our larger lair maps and gives them a biome shift to suit a different type of Chromatic Dragon from the original!

November Free Map Poll Winner: Modular Galleon | Pirate Ship

Every month we're letting Patreon followers vote on a map from the previous month to be added to our ever growing free map collection. From last month's Modular Galleon theme it was very close until the closing hour of the poll, but Pirate Ship managed to pull ahead of Clockwork Galleon in the dying moments!

Building BA5eD

We've started building up our own RPG system starting out with D&D 5e as the core, follow our progress as we delve into the changes we're making and new mechanics over on our blog. Our intention is to make BA5eD a faster paced system than standard D&D5e, quicker combat, cutting the bloat and unnecessary tracking of minutiae, making a system that is still tactical but easy for new players to pick up, build a character, and start playing instantly. Our plan is to develop the core BA5eD system and use it to create our own RPGs from it!

The Planet Hoppers > The MAD Cartographer Sci-Fi

SPOTLIGHT | The Other Side - Borough Bound

We're excited to be giving a shout-out for our friends at Borough Bound who have been releasing great content for The Other Side over the Halloween period.

The Other Side is a spectral purgatory realm created by Borough Bound, a team of RPG creators who build fully realized tabletop cities. This release is all about Chélabas Landing, a small outpost of cultists who live in the ghostly Gothic realm. Within this zip, you'll find a one-shot adventure that sees your party trying to escape this strange limbo while coming face-to-face with the angry cultists and an ancient, eldritch crab deity. Run this adventure with a slew of attached gorgeous maps, illustrations, and evocative music.

This release comes with a bumper collaboration with content drops included from a number of talented creators!

Borough Bound are the masterminds behind this collaboration, and they provided the Chélabas Landing setting guide PDF, shanty town battle map, and Auntie En Aval eldritch combat music!

Krane of Stained Karbon Maps is one of our absolute favourite creators, and we love their maps and art style. For this collaboration they created Auntie En Aval's Lair!

Brave New Worlds created a stunning map for The Cradle, a haunting lagoon where Chélabas cultists sacrifice victims to Auntie En Aval. This map is honestly stunning; such great light and colors. It's the perfect place to fight an eldritch crab.

We're thrilled to have been a part of such a broad collaboration between so many talented creators. All of the files shown above are available in the collaborations folder linked in the master post for All the Things tier Patrons now!
