The Fall of Blackbottom Release #1 (Patreon)

Hey all!

We're here with the first of this month's The Fall of Blackbottom maps!

For this theme, we're releasing the maps that we recently created for MCDM's Draw Steel adventure of the same name, which released on Black Friday and is available now on the MCDM store!

These maps span locations in a gritty, urban sprawl described as a medieval Gotham. Let's get started!

The Drunken Fool Tavern

A huge tavern map that serves as the high-octane opening event of the Fall of Blackbottom adventure, this building has just been bombarded by a magical attack from above. Flames engulf the tavern, which spans multiple floors.

Foundry users are able to navigate between the different floors of the tavern, climb onto the roof, or pass beneath the rooftops of neighbouring buildings.

Iron Orb

This extradimensional space is wracked by unnatural lightning and profane rituals as it floats through an endless void.

Foundry users are able to pass beneath the overhead sinews and chain canopies.

Alleys

The attack was not isolated to the tavern, but to much of the city. These streets are scattered with burning debris as flames and destruction begin to spread unchecked throughout the city. Variants are included for day/night.

Foundry users are able to pass beneath the overhead rooftop canopies, or climb onto the roofs themselves.

Rooftops

This map is focused on navigating the rooftops, with the street level faded out below. Here, characters attempting to evade the flames, the eyes of the guards, or confront attackers are able to do so. This map is great for forcing tactical ranged combat and navigation between neighbouring buildings. Variants are included for day/night.

The theme gallery has been updated with these maps, whilst pCloud and the Foundry Module are now available with the new content!

We hope that you've enjoyed our bunch of Fall of Blackbottom maps. This will be a larger theme than usual so we're looking forward to sharing the rest with you throughout the month!

Until then...
