February Free Map Poll Winner: Faewilds 2 | Starfall Forest

Every month we're letting Patreon followers vote on a map from the previous month to be added to our ever growing free map collection. From last month's Faewilds 2 theme the Starfall Forest map was a solid winner of the poll.

Free MADventure | Umbral Halls

"Bunkara McNult is a renowned and respected wizard in the town of Buffy Oak who has gone missing after pursuing obscure references found in a sealed arcane tome. The book centered on cosmic magic built around absence rather than creation - on the void between stars and the great dark beyond. Next Month's Theme Reveal | Kanto

With our last release of Taverns 2 this month, we revealed that March's theme will be Kanto! We were extremely surprised by how well this theme did in the recent Patreon poll, with enough of you clearly interested that we decided to go ahead and make it!

These maps are medieval, MAD maps inspired by or paying homage to locations from the original Pokémon games. As with our MAD TV theme, our biggest priority is to ensure that even if you or your players have no familiarity with the franchise these maps are still usable in their own right.

Our 8 Kanto maps will release over the course of the coming month, whilst the team are already hard at work on the following theme!

Creator Spotlight | DM of the Mists

Each month we want to try and throw some attention towards a creator who we really love. This month that is DM of the Mists!

DM of the Mists (aka Steve Morgan) is a D&D YouTube channel that's dedicated to just Curse of Strahd and Ravenloft content. His tips and advice are often a perfect complement to the encounters and maps found in our Vampire Hunter content!

Steve also ran a fantastic Hazlik's Tower using a combination of maps from our two Wizard Tower themes, which you can see here.

Additionally, Steve has a number of excellent resources available on DM's Guild, relating to the Tarokka Card readings from Ravenloft!
