While waiting for her target, the legendary Big Boss, Quiet feels a needling urge to poop. But when he appears in her crosshairs, she sets aside her needs to finish the job. Unfortunately, painful gas and stomach aches are affecting her aim.

Featuring @AkujiSaitoVA as Quiet, Keifer Sutherland as Venom Snake, Crispin Freeman as Pequod, and the Soviet's 40th Army as Themselves.

Since the storytelling might be difficult to make out for non-MGSV fans, I'll explain some of the confusing bits. SPOILERS!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In Episode 11 of The Phantom Pain, Quiet and Venom Snake square off at Aabe Shifap Ruins in Afghanistan. This story takes place during that mission.

Quiet is incapable of speech, but can communicate with basic throat sounds, including humming.

The use of "Take on Me" is a game mechanic where players can use a cassette tape to customize their helicopter. When entering a mission a or calling in air support, the song will play to herald the arrival of the helicopter.

The "slow motion" bit at the end is called "Reflex Mode." It's a mechanic where, when spotted by an enemy, the game logic slows down and the player has a chance to incapacitate or kill the soldier who spotted them to avoid an alert phase.

A classic trick to beat Quiet is to call in a "Supply Drop," which is an ammo and item re-supply that is airdropped in at the coordinates of the player's choosing. Dropping them on top of Quiet during the boss fight deals non-lethal damage to her because this game is amazing.

This is a triumph. Everything a piece of fetish fanwork should be. The size of your brain, incorporating Reflex Mode to the part where Quiet sharts. I perfectly envision her desperate situation, eyes darting back and forth around her environment, looking for *something* to relieve herself in before she blows… So well executed, so mind-meltingly FUCKING HOT!! Be proud PK, this *is* one of your best works. Everyone should play The Phantom Pain BTW! Amazing piece of software! V has come to, and so have I…

This is STILL my favorite audio I've made and I am glad it's getting some recognition now. It was a massive flop at release. Like The Phantom Pain itself, maybe it just took some time for people to catch up and see what it was going for? Who knows! All I know is I appreciate it!

Hard work and creativity will always find a way to shine eventually~ Stuff like this is something I’ll always champion, so thank you for making Quiet do the big poop in a truly captivating way :] 🧡🪸
