Good evening everyone!

First I'd like to thank you all for the warm reception to Hilda's Berry Bubble Guts & K-Pop Bathroom Wreckers! There's still one more audio to come this month, so please look forward to it!

Website Features

I am sure most of you noticed by now, but I've implemented a fast-forward and rewind button based on member feedback! This feature is available via on both desktop and mobile.

An even more exciting feature for mobile listeners is the addition of background play! You can now listen to the audio while browsing other tabs or using other apps! Perfect for listeners who like to view images during their play session. In addition, the site is more performant with faster load times for those with weaker internet connections. Do put these features to good use!

Schedule Changes

My goal was to target an audio every week, but the variable lengths and complexities of audios has made that harder and harder to achieve. It's no fault but my own. Both Grace Ashcroft's IBS Distress and Hilda's Berry Bubble Guts were intended for the Instant Ramen tier. It was never my plan to make both of them so long, but even with shorter proposals and less detailed concepts... I just kept having fun ideas to add to the scenarios.

I'm a storyteller, and that's where I find the most interest in working on these. But it's resulted in a lot of scope creep and exhausting myself by the end of the month.

Moving forward, I'll be targeting just three audios a month, every 10 days (every 9 days in February). Audios may release a few days earlier or later to prioritize strong social media launches (any day but Sunday), but ideally it will be the 10th/11th, 20th/21st, and 30th/31st, with early access uploads made available on completion. This month I will aim for a release on or before the 30th.

The first audio each month will be the shortest - an Instant Ramen-tier audio with a shorter runtime. This is because the last audio each month will be the largest in scope and/or length, giving me time to rest and recover after its done.

Tonkatsu Tier Price Change

The new Tonkatsu tier proved to be more popular than I expected, due in no small part to the 21% off promo I've run throughout the month. Some of you have subscribed at the full price, which I greatly appreciate. But I have decided to make the tier $11.99 permanently! I have also rebranded it to the "Spicy Shoyu" tier so its easier to understand that it's just the Shoyu tier with some extra perks.

There's a few reasons for this. The first is that I prefer the early release model of just a few days, but I do not feel it's worth paying more 1.5x for it. The second is that many of the other features (behind the scenes posts and the Q&A box) are just text posts with no overhead. And the third is that high backer tiers are unsustainable. High backers are more likely to pull support when their finances get tough, so minimizing the cost is in everyone's best interest. This change will go into effect June 1st.

This change will apply to all tier members, including those who paid $14.99 this month. I cannot offer a refund I am afraid, as Patreon's refund system isn't advanced enough for me to deduct a small amount from your total payment. But if you paid $14.99 this month, I may be able to offer a discount to the tier that offsets the cost if need be.

That's all for now! Thank you very much for your time.

Well if there’s anything I like to listen to those audios I’m in!

The schedule change isn't a problem. If it allows you to improve, have some more fun with the audios and rest more then all the better. I know you'll still deliver high quality audios👌

I second this, try to find a balance between an ambitious and active schedule, but with enough flexibility and leeway, that allows you a a buffer zone to account for delays and not exhaust yourself, we all know you're a talented artist who with always put out high quality content no matter what.

You probably already explained this but what audio software do you use and do you exploit it on stuff like CapCut
