THANK YOU!! WE ALL HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS💜💜💜💜

Deezy

So I recently joined your patreon and I love your reactions. They always make my day. thank you💜

Deezy

Fix You by Coldplay was written by Chris Martin for his then wife Gwenyth Paltrow who was going through a hard time when her dad died. As a Coldplay fan and an ARMY I was so proud when Coldplay gave BTS the go ahead to cover this song and even complimented them(Coldplay are very protective of their music and who they allow to publish their songs for commercial use esp. Fix You. This band once rejected a 55M pounds deal so that their hit songs won't be used in ads). BTS just made this song more beautiful and I won't lie I cried💜

If you want to keep watching this live show, I recommend 'ARMYPEDIA: BTS TALK SHOW- No More Dream, Just One Day, & I Like It Live'. It's kind of like a Tinydesk concert or an MTV unplugged performance you've seen

Carlethia Street

Hi Guys, Glad to see your reaction. Funny, you would mention JK's hair. I just watched a clip today talking about all the different hair styles he has rocked: short, long, various colors. I had to laugh when you said he must have wigs. Two things, did you know V wrote "Blue, Grey" when he was at his most depressing moment? (According to him) and that live band is BTS band called Ghost. So many reactors could not believe BTS would attempt to do this cover. They nailed it 100%. You are right, I feel BTS did "Fix You" was better than the original. When you get a chance pull it up and compare the two.

I agree spring day 2.0. RM wrote both songs. He's honestly an expert on writing songs like these

Yusra

bro these motherfuckers already fixed me even before singing this song they're just so great no one will ever be at their level

You have to remember that in SK they learn English in school as a mandatory course so they have a prior and basic understanding of grammar and pronounciation. So it's not that English is "easier" for other countries, it's that they are more or less forced to learn. However, it doesn't always stick for all of them. But also, once Jungkook was asked in an interview if singing in English is hard he said, "Its hard, crazy hard" haha

Fix You cover is the best 😭 Rap line harmonizing with the vocal line is the best thing ever 💜

Nooooo. You shouldn't skipped Dynamite 😭 it's against the rule lol

Esther

You should check the variety show Knowing bros with bts. it's episode 94 if I remember correctly. It's very funny

Lesley Champney

You need to watch Dynamite! The flexing they did by having all their record plaques in the background and all the moonmen from the VMA's that they have won on the table beside them! You need to watch it! They sang it with a live band as well!

PLEASE CHECK OUT PENTHOUSE FOR THE DRAMA DAYS

Kxlon

Looking at the performance for Blue&Grey you can tell its Tae's song, the whole aesthetic just fits.

For me its 2019 there was a lot of things i did , since 2014 -2018 one of the worst years of my life forreall

Well,,, actually, I don't recommend that drama... I'm worried that if the first Korean drama they watch is penthouse, it would be too stimulating and they might misunderstand about Korea...😂 (I'm worried as a Korean)

moolissa

I feel like the meaning of the song would make you like Telepathy more, SUGA wrote it as an ARMY song, its actually one of my favorites cause I just love a funky vibe but of course you guys are entitled to your opinions, everyone has different taste haha love you guys!!

They just signed, sealed and delivered the deal when they actually sang the cover 😆😂

English education in SK at this moment has come a long way- there are lots of native English speakers that go to teach in actual schools as well as hakwons (as well as more globalization of stuff like YT and Netflix) so that pronunciation and comprehension are way more polished than even BTS' generation. That said I think kpop idols of BTS' generation and earlier that can sing in English *well* clearly show how much time and care they took to practice.

Noooo Penthouse is such a trashy show- it's akin to watching American reality TV, which, letsbereal, is the equivalent of brainrot. Go with something like Mouse or Beyond Evil- amazing acting with great casts and some crazy twists in the script.

Blue & Grey made me cry when I first listened to the lyrics bc the pain and feeling like you're in your own grey bubble while the world seems to carry on its merry way hit me like a ton of bricks. This live performance was perfectly staged with the sparse setting and early morning lighting. I had heard Fix You a million times before but never rlly listened to the words, just knew the melody, so when I finally heard the lyrics while watching BTS cover it, I about bawled my eyes out. Something abt BTS' delivery but also knowing a little but abt their journey got me right in the 💜
