Production Update: “The Case of The Velvet Holocron” (Patreon)

Don’t think I forgot about this one!

Between juggling writing/casting/planning, the already fully written Star Wars crossover special took a brief backseat, but now I’m in the middle of re-organizing the entire script because I’ve since switched over to a more professional writing software. In short, transferring the Google Doc version to the new software somewhat jumbled things, so I’m having to sift through the script and make it look nice and organized. Other than that, we already have a handful of characters casted and recorded, although we still need more for a full production.

After I get this done, I’ll be adding the remaining roles needed to our casting call club public link (as well as scrambling our current roster to fill in anyone we need).

As you can see via the screenshot, Walter and Bunny are back at it again with a rare version of Mr. Casket: one that’s helpful and friendly, versus conniving and devious. And in case this is your first time hearing about this, The Case of The Velvet Holocron is the BIGGEST script I’ve ever written. In fact, I’m planning on splitting it into multiple parts because of how beefy it will ultimately be.

And just to prevent the wrath of the mouse, we’ll be using copyright-free music, and in-house SFX just for good measure (as well as not monetizing it).

I hope you guys are as excited as I am!
