Patron Only Update: Season 5 & things to come. (Patreon)

Howdy shelter dwellers,

I wanted to let some time pass to see how our latest episode performs on the charts and I am ecstatic to report that it’s most definitely going to be the number one episode out of all 47 releases of the True Vault Escapades series! Not only that, but it’s the fastest to even rise to a point like that.

So what’s to come next?

Well, as some of you know, The Cage Chronicles miniseries will serve as our fifth season and completely deviate from the story we already know. I’ve been doing my best to get ahead of everything as we waited for The Watery Grave Case to finish production and have finished close to 5/10 scripts of the show!

Granted that these are shorter episodes, this writing process is going to be a much easier workload in general. This is good on my end of the production, since real life is getting real busy for me right now. As I work on those, I’m happy to say that casting has already (secretly) begun!

I’ve opened a public casting call with a very minimal information (Patron only 😉) about the story so we can hopefully get some voices sooner than later. I’ll provide the link below in case you, or someone you know wants to get involved. Don’t be shy!

So why a miniseries, you might ask?

Well me, and a few of the Robots Radio podcast hosts sometimes like to compare stats and see what works for the audience at large. As many of you know, modern attention spans are a very fickle thing and most of us would rather prefer to keep things more long and drawn out. In this case, let’s consider The Cage Chronicles an experiment that could very well turn into something beautiful. We can make more frequent episodes with the less of the longform production — which may just be better!

Can’t wait to get back with another update.

Thank you so much for your continued support!

A DJ Atomic Wolf
