The first version of ETERNUM is finally here!

I tried to maintain the style of Once in a Lifetime (gameplay, humor, mystery, etc) but with the goal of creating a bigger story and a more ambitious project overall.Remember it's just a v0.1, so a lot of character introductions and world-building had to be done, but don't worry, a LOT of stuff is coming! Many crazy adventures and steamy scenes await you! Just finished the current content, and i have to say...whats a word for intriguing but multiplied by a hundred?

The game's off to a great start, but I have to make one remark. I find the make-up of the girls rather distracting. They look so dolled-up with their powdered red faces, it's ... hard to look past. The make-up was much fainter in OiaL, so I wasn't bothered by it back then and it DID manage to enhance the girls' expressiveness, together with their expressive eyes. But here, it looks like make-up (gone wrong) rather than natural pigmentation. I wonder how the majority of the playerbase feels about this? My suggestion would be to simply tone it down, make it more subtle.

That being said, I totally get how the extreme curves and the make-up are all part of the artistic style. I really do. And maybe I will get used to it. The above is my initial impression.

I love how Penelope is done. Her base color is just right and the face reddens further only when the scene calls for "embarassment".

You'll probably get used to it, but I'll also take it into consideration to not overdo things. Glad to hear that about Penelope!

Updated my tier level just to get a peek a few days early. Very excited, Once in a Lifetime set a bar that no other VN has hit for me (particularly with writing, humor, and emotive characters), and I'm psyched to see how Eternum develops.
