Oh, What’s this? A New Tier Announcement and A Preprepared FAQ? (Patreon)

Hello, my darling Cardigans! I'm very excited to present this new tier for y'all! 

I’ve also preprepared this FAQ (yes, I get the humor behind that statement) to answer all of your burning questions.

Why did you decide to make a pin?

I’ve always done my best to share with you my appreciation, but I wanted you all to have something physical you can hold and wear to show the world your loyalty, and my gratitude.

What type of pin is it?

It’s a collectible hard enamel pin showcasing art from the first year of Cardlin Audio!

Where do you ship?

These exclusive loyalty pins will be shipped both domestically and internationally.

Can I get this by Christmas?

We are going to try!

To make it to your house by Christmas:

• If you're International please order by December 11th
• If you're Domestic please order by December 19th

We are going to try to get these out as fast and as soon as possible. But we are going to take a break for Christmas week so if your pin doesn’t get shipped out by the 23rd. Please forgive us! And we will start shipping again on the 30th.

We’re trying to keep communication about this as open as possible.

What if I’m already a Patron and I change my tier? Do I have to pay the full price?

You will only be charged with the difference between your current tier and the Loyal Cardigan tier.

How do I update my address?

When you sign up for the tier it should guide you to do so.

If it doesn’t this is how:

on your laptop/desktop go to the patreon main page > click on your icon in the top right corner > click my profile settings > scroll down to shipping address > Add your address!

What if my address isn’t up to date/incorrect?

Please message us ASAP. Because once the item is shipped there isn’t much we can do.

And PLEASE double check your address before you enter it. 

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Nope! It’s included in the tier price.

Can I get more than one pin?

I’m glad you want more than one! But to make it fair only one pin per patron account.

Can I get the pin without having a Patreon account?

No, for simplicity’s sake we’re doing this entirely through Patreon.

What if I don’t make it to the Special Offer/ Can't Pledge until next month or later?

The pin will only be offered until the end of December/ if the pins sell out.

And who knows, maybe we can make more of the First Year pins if they are in high enough demand!

Why are there just 494 slots in the Loyal Cardigan Tier and not 500 slots?

It’s so the pins are available from the $25 tier to the higher tiers. I tried to take all the numbers into account to make it fair.

How will the Loyal Cardigan tier work?

The Loyal Cardigan tier is a $25 tier, in it, you get postcards and pins, and of course all the rewards in the tiers below!

I plan on doing pins quarterly. Each pin will represent a different year of CardlinAudio until we catch up to Year 5 (2020 y’all!).

On the months that don’t have pins, I’ll be sending out special postcards just for y'all!

How often will pins come out?

I plan to put out pins quarterly until we catch up to all 5 good years of CardlinAudio.

How will the postcards work?

For each month there isn’t a pin, there will be a postcard sent out!  So you’ll still be getting a special message from me in your mailbox each month!

It’s important to note, however, that the postcards will be sent once I’ve gathered all the patrons at the end of the month. This means, if you paid in January you’ll get a postcard in February.

What if I wanna change tiers/leave, then come back to it?

You are free to do so! Once you’ve paid for the month you get the rewards for the month.

What If I only want the pin/s?

Then you need to make sure to update to a different tier before the end of the month. When it’s time for another pin to launch you can join back!
