The pins will only be available to buy on Patreon during December. So pledge to the tier before the month is up!

What are the December pins based on?

I was talking with my team and we decided to go with a present to show y’all how much I believe that every single one of you are a present in my life <3

And lately, we’ve seen a lot of mini pin collections and thought we might try our hand at creating a cute small pin that can help fill out your enamel pin collection.

Where do you ship?

I ship both domestically and internationally.

When will I get these pins?

I’ll start shipping these pins around early January!

Once your pin has been shipped, you should get an email saying that it’s been shipped! Though lately, the email has been glitching. So if you have ANY questions please feel free to ask me!

If you’re in the US it should only take about 5-8 days.

If you’re international then it’s going to take about 4 weeks or more.

Please remember that there is a lot of shipping delays lately and I’m not sure how shipping in January will be affected!

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Nope!

What about customs?

Please be aware that there are certain countries that have customs. I don’t have any control over this, and I need to fill out the forms properly or I can get in a lot of legal trouble.

If you are an international Cardigan please check your local laws about customs!

What if I’m already a Patron and I change my tier? Do I have to pay the full price?

You will only be charged the difference between your current tier and the Loyal Cardigan tier.

For example: if you are at the $5 tier, then you will only be charged $20 if you move tiers.

How do I update my address?

When you sign up for the tier it should guide you to do so.

If it doesn’t this is how:

on your laptop/desktop go to the Patreon Main Page > Click on your icon in the top right corner > Click my profile settings > Scroll down to shipping address > Add your address!

What if my address isn’t up to date?

Please message us ASAP. Because once the item is shipped there isn’t much we can do.

What if I don’t make it to the Special Offer?

When does the next pin come out?
