No, Fin - there’s never been a Brian in either the original story or my plans for Part 1 or 2. The characters are Mrs. Bunny, the teacher (Parts 1 & 2), Sarah, a student (Part 1), Bill/Bibi (Part 1 and mentioned in Part 2), and Rebecca, Bill’s best friend and an investigative reporter (Parts 1 & 2). There also isn’t a mother as an actual character. A mother is only mentioned in Part 1 because Rebecca’s phone call leads to her being mistakenly assumed to be Bill’s mom.

One where after Bibi settles in her new life. As while she has become a top bimbo girl, the ray’s side effects take root such as Billy still comes out mentally and physically. But Mrs. Bunny however wants to make use of this new gift as benefit to the school.
